We had an appointment for noon on a Saturday and at 11:40am they called us and told us that they would be there in 20 minutes - super! I had bought them used. Once I got them into the van they stunk so bad I couldn't put them in my house. So they were sitting in the garage. I had explained the nicotine damage and disgusting residue that was on these pieces of furniture. She took all that into consideration and recommended me to her son, AJ. She said I could call him right away. Even on a Sunday? Yes, no problem. AJ was considerate and understanding and was able to work with my schedule to get me in within a week.
