Because of that it took me two more years to find another attorney and start a lawsuit against the company. He then called some other attorneys that I was working with and told them that I was fired for cause. He then tried to call another attorney who would not talk to him. I finally sued the company and they were going to fight it but when they found out what information I had on them they settled. they are now under criminal investigation by the state of Florida. So here I went to him for help and instead he was working for the defendant - a company now being investigated for much of the same things I reported. Very unethical. Moral turpitude!

Going through the whole issue with my insurance and the loss of the car with no support or guidance, being my first time, was one of the most stressful experiences. I was car-less for far too long, without even being able to get a rental car without paying an amount I couldn't afford, and once I did get a new car, I still had to pull money out of my account beyond what I got for the amount of my car because it wasn't enough to cover it. Fast forward less than two years later, I'm the victim of a sandwich crash, the smushed baloney between two cars. This time, it's with a car I do not have paid off, the car at fault is someone who doesn't have a license or insurance, and there's now three of us involved. That's when Ali came in. He was recommended to my parents by another attorney we had initially reached out to who said that personal injury cases like this were not his expertise, but it would be right up Ali's lane. From day one, Ali made the whole experience so much less stressful than the first time around. He was patient as he explained his process and transparent in his reasoning for why he chooses and declines some cases. Luckily, we'd made some changes to my insurance policy after my first accident and it turned the tides in my favor, and Ali saw a lot of potential. In comparison to the first time around, I needed very little involvement from my end, which was perfectly fine by me. I was recommended to see a doctor for a check-up and was scheduled some physical therapy appointments for some lingering aches, but other than signing a few papers here and there, giving a yes or no, and attending some appointments, there was very little I had to concern myself with. I could go about my life without anxiously waiting on the next update from my insurance, or the auto body shop, doctor's appts, etc. Ali was great in keeping me in the loop and always open to a text or phone call out reach with any questions or inquiries as to where the case was at. It's clear Ali is very passionate about the work he does and the clients he takes on, and he's always working with their best interest in mind. He would never provide an opinion that he wasn't 100% willing to back up as something he would do or has done himself, and it made it very easy to trust him throughout the whole process. On top of that, I benefited from physical therapy services as well that I would have never considered without his recommendation. After a little over a year, my case has finally been resolved and I received an amount that covered any losses I had from this accident, my first, and then some. It was an amount even higher than what he had initially quoted as a possible outcome, and it was better than I could have anticipated. I'm so grateful for Ali's help in this whole process.
