We also noticed that we didn't have the gyro meat and before we could ask she explained that because all the toppings were vegetarian she wasn't going to put the gyro meat until after we finished with our tops to reduce contamination. We chose our toppings, she put the meat, and we sat down to eat. The falafels were crisp, packed with flavor, and weren't greasy. The gyro meat was also packed with flavor and was juicy throughout every bite. The fries were crisp and the seasoning was a bit overpowering for me, but was perfect for my lunch buddy. Overall, the falafel and gyro meat was very delicious and you can customize your sandwich/bowl however you'd like to find your perfect mix. If you're vegetarian you can trust that the workers care that nothing is cross contaminated. I'll definitely come back again.
