He then said the "heat exchanger is burnt out because it's purple" handed me a bill of $535 for the cleaning and left me without a working furnace/without heat when I have 3 kids. He said he'd call back once he spoke to his supervisor about what he can do about the furnace. I called the office 3 times over the next two days and they literally left me hanging. So in the end, they took $535 from me and never fixed the issue. I called pseg and they got my furnace working with minutes at no cost. Pseg said the drain tray needed emptying. That was it.

My only mistake was that I was sleeping at night time when Walter called @ 8:14pm on July 5th 2018. I called on July 6th 2018 and left VM twice (8:30am and 2:00pm) on his cell and business number to no avail. Then I contacted my home owners insurance at 5:00pm to file a complain, only to find out that they can't work on a specific kind of air conditioning unit so American home Shield had no choice but to switch contractors on me.
