He cleaned the furnace out and changed the filter. He then said the "heat exchanger is burnt out because it's purple" handed me a bill of $535 for the cleaning and left me without a working furnace/without heat when I have 3 kids. He said he'd call back once he spoke to his supervisor about what he can do about the furnace. I called the office 3 times over the next two days and they literally left me hanging. So in the end, they took $535 from me and never fixed the issue. I called pseg and they got my furnace working with minutes at no cost. Pseg said the drain tray needed emptying. That was it.

We had another service person that was trying to charge us $4000 for a circuit board we never needed. Edward came and immediately diagnosed the problem. He knew what he was doing and ordered the correct part. My aunt had her A/C fixed and we were so happy it was fixed properly. Her A/C unit is a huge top line unit from 17 years ago a Carrier Bryant and Edward was very confident and knew how to work on it. He was nice enough to give us pricing for a new unit or to fix the unit. No pressuring us into a new unit, her unit would cost over $20,000, with Edward Everything is itemized no guessing or giving me BS quotes. My A/C unit in my home is only around $ 10,000-$12,000 but it is nothing like her unit. I use to work for a service company 30 years ago and I would not even try to trouble shoot this unit it's so high tech. I picked Monday (since the weather was horrible and I thought the problem was in the outdoor part of the system). The tech was there on time, was courteous, professional, showed me what was wrong and how he fixed it. He informed me of what he was doing along the way, and made sure I knew more and less expensive options (when available) for parts he used. I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs. One thing to note here... they don't take credit cards - just cash or check.

I had explained to the receptionist that additional gas piping was needed to hook up our new dryer, but that information was not relayed to the technician that was sent out. In fact, the plumber couldn't even make it as scheduled, so they sent someone else. He did a good job, and gave us a discount, but it seemed like anything he observed was not passed on to the guys that came to do the actual work. It was like starting from scratch. I also had issues with drains, and they said they'd get us on the schedule for later in the week. I called the next day, and no information had been passed on.
