This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else

We had another service person that was trying to charge us $4000 for a circuit board we never needed. Edward came and immediately diagnosed the problem. He knew what he was doing and ordered the correct part. My aunt had her A/C fixed and we were so happy it was fixed properly. Her A/C unit is a huge top line unit from 17 years ago a Carrier Bryant and Edward was very confident and knew how to work on it. He was nice enough to give us pricing for a new unit or to fix the unit. No pressuring us into a new unit, her unit would cost over $20,000, with Edward Everything is itemized no guessing or giving me BS quotes. My A/C unit in my home is only around $ 10,000-$12,000 but it is nothing like her unit. I use to work for a service company 30 years ago and I would not even try to trouble shoot this unit it's so high tech. He cleaned the furnace out and changed the filter. He then said the "heat exchanger is burnt out because it's purple" handed me a bill of $535 for the cleaning and left me without a working furnace/without heat when I have 3 kids. He said he'd call back once he spoke to his supervisor about what he can do about the furnace. I called the office 3 times over the next two days and they literally left me hanging. So in the end, they took $535 from me and never fixed the issue. I called pseg and they got my furnace working with minutes at no cost. Pseg said the drain tray needed emptying. That was it.
