We went through this car wash yesterday with our new car and the wash cycle had no water! The dry brushes slapped our car and left purple streaks. Tried to call them but their voicemail is full. Tried to text but it is a landline phone. So they get my horrible review. Do not go there!! read more

Nice and easy to use. Dip your credit card and choose what you want done. Change from pre-soak to full wash while meter keeps ticking, Wash is strong with plenty of soap. Finish with a rinse and push the stop button to stop the meter. Costs about $5.00 to do a small car. read more

This is a shady place. I put in 10.00 for the premium car wash and , nothing. Machine said I needed to put in another 10.00. I have been calling the number on the machine for the last week, with no response. By the last guys comment about not much soap in the wash just goes to show you these people don't care about their customers. The other post that states, car wash scratched his car, and has been trying to reach someone with no call back is what I'm experiencing now. I won't be back. I appreciate having a car wash and the fact they upgraded the wash. BUT if you are new be very careful when you put your card in use and the touch the screen. One side says Monthly wash 86% off like it's an ad. On the left half of the green it says one wash which I didn't initially see. I just touched the screen thinking it would activate and give me the car was choices. It asked for my phone number, then signed me up for monthly car washes! It never gave me type of was, like $10, $13, or $16. I couldn't believe I'd made that mistake so easily. So I think I got a basic wash when I wanted the higher ($16). I had to download their app to cancel the subscription. Shame on me, but hope you learn from my mistake. Didn't get the one bug I had on my windshield either. AND the vacuum is still a $1.00 so I paid $31 or a single was by mistake! It's good for one month, so guess I'll try to get that one bug off one more time before I leave Mesquite! read more

Absolutely terrible, automatic car wash! I paid for the basic wash. Drove into the bay when prompted. Immediately the soap came out and squirted on my very dirty car. I was perplexed as not even a "spray off" happened first. Then, the large brushed started grinding the dirt on my car, in my paint...... Get the picture. I was horrified as this should never ever be done. Then after this, just a barely, trickling spray of water, for a rinse, and I was prompted to get out. Is this a joke I asked myself? No, this was the cheap version of the $6.00 car was on their choices and you were not going to get anything other than a squirt of soap on your dirt and a trickle for a rinse. I pulled out to the vacuum spaces to wipe off and it was so bad, dirt still all over in patches that hadn't even been touched by the brushes. My back car hatch hadn't even been brushed over, all hood completely dirt packed. I had to pull in one of the self help bays and wash it all over again. I looked all around the building for a number to call to get my money back, but I couldn't find any numbers. Bottom line, the automatic car was does not, or did not work. My gut feel is they want you to go through such a BAD WASH for the $6.00, bottom of the line wash, that your next visit, you'll pay for the 16.00 wash..... Get it. IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR DIRT GROUND INTO YOUR PAINT JOB, GO TO THIS CAR WASH! read more

Purchased basic soft touch wash on 9/16. Took my money but car wash never started. Screen just kept flashing wait for wash. No employees at this business. No phone number. Found web site and used contact form to ask for refund, no reply. Do not use this car wash unless you want to throw money away. Business should be shut down. read more

The car wash was busy today which may explain why nothing was working properly. Tried to use a credit card and nothing happened. There was little to no soap when using the high pressure nozzle or the soap brush. The air dry was a waste of money as it was very weak. Next time I will wash my car in my driveway. read more

This automated car wash does just an OK job. It does take most of the dust off but has a tougher time with anything else. As the old saying goes, it is better than nothing. I did have a problem the last time I used the facility. The soap foam did not dispense properly. I had to wash the hood, windshield and the roof of my SUV. Beautiful new car wash. This is a much needed addition to Mesquite, NV. It's very conveniently located near Walmart for easy in and out access. The facility is well maintained and clean. I frequently use the soft touch automatic and have never had any problems. They accept cash or credit/debit cards. I never wash my car anywhere else in Mesquite! read more

Never fails. I go there weekly (since they've opened) but am frustrated each time. The way the mechanical part works, it tells the next car up to enter before the bay is clear. As I try and dry my car at the end, nearly every single time the next car enters the bay the second I pull under the drier. All the water jets activate with unfiltered water blowing through and on my car. I sit under the drier for nearly 2 minutes trying to dry my car in this spotty storm of water. I even pay for the most expensive wash and my car is spotted up by the next person too impatient to use their common sense and not enter an occupied wash! I've had people activate the second set of big jets as I'm on my last 45 seconds and water and prewash spray all over my car while the drier is still on! I called the number on the pay box when the carwash was brand new and this had happened 5 different times already. I did speak to the owner who seemed to be a very nice man. He said he'd tried to get it mechanically fixed to not activate the green, enter bay light, but they had failed to resolve this glitch. I suggested an easier & cheaper fix by changing the sign to 'do not enter bay until completely empty' . I'm not saying 100% of the people would read this, but if even half did, it would be a significant improvement. Unfortunately, the owner didn't want to do this. Just said, no one would pay attention so he didn't see a point. I was there again yesterday and again the same thing happened. I'd already been in the wash when someone pulled up. Then she proceeded to pull in the second I pulled up to the drier and then continued on in right behind me in those last 45 seconds when all the presoak jets came on. I was furious! I have had enough. I spend no less than $50 a month at this place. The owner knows there's an issue. He even told me he's had the same thing happen to him when he goes through and is testing it. The fact that he hasn't bothered to even put up a sign is very disappointing to me. I have decided I'll just get my car washed in St. George as we go there every weekend anyway. I wanted to keep as much of my business local as possible... I live in the Moapa Valley and consider Mesquite a sister community. But I can't justify the expense or the anger that inevitably comes up each time it happens and I've thrown away my money once again at this car wash. Every trip is like a gamble... Will a car pull up after I start? Will they pull in and screw me out of my drier time and spot free wash... Just like the casino the odds are NEVER in my favor. I lose every single time. Tired of losing and being angry. Going elsewhere. I have given the owner ample time and my money to have fixed this issue. Obviously, it's not a priority. read more

Automatic car wash did not work! We paid $6.00 for a wash, and when we pulled in the sign blinked for us to back up slowly. So we inched our way back, little by little, until we weren't even in the wash bay anymore - and it still said to back up! Unsure what to do, we pulled back in. Horrible experience! The touch-free carwash is useless and when I used the regular one my car got scratches on the hood, roof and some other areas. Left several phone messages but nobody bother to return my call. Tried to leave a message on their website but on their contact page there is no submit button!!!!
