It was the perfect home to raise my son and live the suburban lifestyle. That being said, when it came time to sell that house, I immediately thought of her again. I called her about a year before I would be selling and she gave me tips about how to prepare. She did this without knowing if I was really serious about selling or if I would hire her again but she just wanted to help. A year later, I was ready to sell and with it being a seller's market, we got lots of offers within hours of the house being listed. Well. . . . that was the easy part. After that, for whatever reason, buyers would back out of the deal right when we were about to close.
