While the company did acknowledge responsibility for the damage caused by the unit they manage, they have since failed to follow through with any action. No repairs have been arranged, and I have not been offered any compensation for my damages despite their acknowledgment. This is the second time this same unit has caused damage affecting my property. A reputable property management company has a responsibility to ensure that the owners they represent maintain their units to an acceptable standard -- particularly when neglect directly harms neighboring residents. This company has acknowledged fault yet still failed to make it right. I am requesting that this company take immediate action to: 1. Follow through on their acknowledgment of responsibility and arrange for full repair of my ceiling and any related property damage. 2. Compensate me for all losses incurred as a result of this incident. 3. Take corrective measures to ensure this unit does not continue to cause damage to neighboring owners. This company's repeated failure to hold their clients to a basic standard of care -- and their inaction even after accepting responsibility -- is a serious concern that reflects poorly on their business practices. I have lived all over Georgia and all over the country, and I have NEVER had to give my biometric data just to take a tour. This is extremely dangerous for you as a prospective tenant. The Goat Farm forces you to consent to the "collection, use, and disclosure of your biometrics." Who are they disclosing it to? You do not know. You can't trust them to safely secure your biometrics, and you will never know who they are selling the data of your face to. As someone who works in cybersecurity, I consider this practice extremely high-risk and deeply unethical. No legitimate apartment should ever require handing over facial biometric data just to view a unit. For your safety, do not lease here.
