I went outside and asked the woman if she was the owner and told her there are signs stating "no parking on this side of the street" and that my vehicle was hit. All she said was "why didn't you say something earlier and that I was harassing her." I just walked away and told her I was calling the was the police. He was packing up to go, leaving a large 2-foot-deep hole where he had dug. I had figured that the job included filling in the hole too. He said he had not planned on that and was willing to bring in topsoil and fill it for an extra price. We agreed and he filled the hole and planted grass. We now have a one foot deep hole, with grass, roots and large rocks sticking up (ruined 2 lawn mower blades on it). 2 weeks later some missed bamboo sprung up so we called him, leaving a message - not for him to come back, just to advise us on the best way to manage it. We also mentioned the future work we had discussed. We called 8 times and he never returned our calls. On one occasion we did get him and he promised to call us back the next day. We haven't heard from him since. Do not trust Spicer's. They did shoddy work and then ghosted us. I have to hire another company to dig up the rocks and roots, add the right amount of topsoil, and replant it. I will never call them again.
