Calzone with a thin hard crust. It was supposed to be a sausage and meatball calzone. As you can see from the photo it is mostly cheese.

I visited this restaurant on October 1, 2023. I ordered a calzone with sausage and meatballs. If you have ordered a calzone in NYC or Philly you normally get one with a nice pizza-type crust. Unfortunately, this had a thin hard crust. In addition, you needed a microscope to see the sausage and meatball filling. The majority of the filling was mozzarella cheese. See the attached photos I will not return to this restaurant.

I always have a great experience here, the staff is very kind, and the menu has a wide range of Italian food. The cheese pizza is the classic and the garlic knots are phenomenally buttery and garlicky. I hope they offer delivery soon

    Philly cheesesteak (small)

Pretty disappointed after eating here tonight. New to the Leland area so was hoping this Italian place was good but between the wait and food I won't be giving it a second go. Maybe the pizza and pasta is better but the cheesesteak was about as dry and bland as it comes, with little to no meat. It was pretty difficult to chew and swallow as it was mostly hard bread. The Caesar salad on the side for a $1.50 up charge did not taste like a Caesar, I ended up not eating it, hence the no picture attached of it. Also be prepared for a 45 min wait for a sandwich, it was busy so I guess people like the food.

Horrible...from the indifferent service to the food. Stouffer's from the microwave would have been better. Don't waste your money here.

Bottom line: Real NYC pizza that's pretty good. Pleasantly surprised. Buy a pie and give them a shot.

Hoping it was a fluke but my pizza was so salty it wasn't edible. Does anyone even taste the sauce before putting it on pizza?

Bland, microwaved from frozen chef boyardee pasta. Pizza is a floppy greasy mess. No idea how anyone could enjoy this place.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here!…read more We went on a belated Valentines date the Monday after, they still had their V-day specials available and our waitress, Ella, was so kind and well-informed! She told us about all of the specials and gave us suggestions to help us select our meal, honestly her personality alone made us want to come back but the food sealed the deal. We started with the Filet Tartine which absolutely blew us away, then shared the beef Wellington and the brussells, this was our first time having a Wellington and on top of being delicious the tableside service was outstanding! The side of brussells were the star for sure, with pancetta and apricot, savory but sweet. So amazing. We also shared a few drinks throughout the meal, the tiramisu martini, the lemon meringue, gardens of Augustus, and the10 year tawny, everything was amazing, though we're definitely coming back for the tiramisu martinis! And finally, don't get me started on the view, the large windows face out over the river and look out to the battleship, we got there right as the sun was setting and added to the romance of it all. Overall we had the best Valentines anniversary of 4 years thanks the Ella and her team at Sugo, Thanks!

Not your typical, Olive Garden-style Italian fare. The menu is relatively small, with a good variety of salads, starters, and main courses. Quanto Basta is quickly becoming one of our favorites. I said a well kept secret because we have need seen it crowded. The atmosphere is about as good as it gets. There is authentic music playing lightly in the background. Noticeable but not intrusive. Just right for quiet conversation with your group or a friendly couple at the next table. Our server was Jason and he was excellent. He presented the evening's specials politely and answered out questions knowledgeably. We started with a cocktail. Carolyn had an Aperol Spritzer and I ordered the Jack Daniel's Italian Sour. One of the best sours I have ever had. Jack and Amaretto with a fresh made sour mix. Not too sweet, and was bourbon forward. We ordered Fettuccine John Angelo - fresh made pasta with an Alfredo style sauce, and Pancetta. Served with wedges of homemade rosemary focaccia baked fresh daily. We asked that it be split so we could both have some. We also ordered the Veal Scaloppine Alla Saltimbocca. A tender slice of veal with sage, prosciutto and melted mozzarella with white wine butter sauce. The kitchen wouldn't split that dish, but Jason brought us an extra plate and a sharp knife. Both dishes were delicious. Both were an ample serving that made it easy to share. It was just the right amount. The white wine butter sauce was spectacular (and the bread was perfect for sopping it up). Note: sopping is a southern thing, and perfectly permissible here. Seldom do we order dessert, but tonight we couldn't resist the Affogato Brownie, an Espresso - soaked, double dark chocolate brownie topped with vanilla gelato and amarena cherries. It was so good. They have an extensive wine list and some craft beers as well. Here's the best part - the prices were quite reasonable. Two cocktails ($13 each), two entrees, and dessert for $100 including a 20% tip! As I said, Quanto Basta is quickly becoming a favorite. We will be back and hope we will see you there!

We were guided by other Yelpers' reviews. When booking our reservation, we opted to sit at the kitchen counter, which I recommend if possible. It's quite entertaining to watch the kitchen flow and various dishes be made. To start, we ordered the dates, croquetas, and the salad. All were delicious and light enough that we were still able to enjoy our entrees - agnolotti and the rigatoni. I hadn't read many reviews about the agnolotti but it was the star of the show. The rigatoni is their classic and doesn't disappoint. We already determined that next time, we'll need to try the beignets and possibly the lasagna! There were only 2 of us, so we had to limit our dishes. Service was incredible (attentive and friendly) and the restaurant itself is adorable.
