What should have been a wonderful shopping trip turned into a huge disappointment. My wife was…read moreexcited to spend time at her favorite store, browsing the aisles and enjoying the experience she always looks forward to. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made the store unbearably hot and uncomfortable. Instead of enjoying ourselves and taking our time shopping, we found ourselves looking for the nearest exit just to escape the heat. My wife couldn't even spend more than a short time in the store because the conditions were so unpleasant. It's frustrating because we came ready to shop, spend money, and enjoy our visit, but the environment made that impossible. A favorite store should be a place customers want to stay and explore, not a place they're forced to rush through because it feels hotter inside than outside. We left disappointed and hope this issue is addressed quickly so other customers don't have the same experience.
