It wasn't to big of a deal due to the fact that I just stumbled upon the suits and I was really looking for one in particular. I am convinced that Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Ross sell material that didn't pass the quality check at the manufacturers, but are still saleable at a reduced price. That suit felt like it was 2 sizes to small and 2-3 inches short in length. I'll just stick to getting socks and other accessories and buy suits from suit retailers.

I went to the JCPenny hair salon for the first time on March 13, 2026 for a Silk Press. I didn't…read morehave an appointment but was able to immediately see stylist 0677 who I was very very pleased with. He was a very professional young man and for the first time I had ever had a silk press since being natural I was very impressed. My issue was with the condition of the salon. When I sat in the chair for the shampoo and laid back I was able to view the air ducts in the ceiling, and what I saw was what looked like months or perhaps years of mold like soot around the air vents. This seemed to be a danger for customers as well as the employees who have to breathe that air every day. I think this should be addressed. The service I received was worth the value no doubt but my decision to return will be based on what I saw on the ceiling.
