Falling Into Place Shop is a cute tourist attraction, that offers candle-making services. This was my first time making and learning the ropes of candles! I enjoyed this class so much. I went for my friend's birthday. The owner took her time to explain the fragrances, the wicks, how to mix the wax, and how she started her business. I made 3 candles called Sweet Wilderness. They smell like Christmas, just in time to kick off the holiday season. I even bought a cute Memphis tote from them. read more

This is a beautiful fragrance shop with beautiful people working here. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. I have been several times and I am satisfied with everything I have purchased from candles, car air freshers, cuticle oil, and more! I love how the decor embodies the presence of Memphis! They have really cool t-shirts for sale as well as jewelry, cbd oil. You name it, they have it in this cute little shop. The backyard is amazing. I love this place it's very comfortable and cozy and I really enjoyed the candle making classes they are simply wonderful and fun the only draw back was I didn't get the candle I made but I got one that was the same fragrance that's the only draw back but I truly enjoyed shopping and the class most definitely would doing the class again. read more

Anytime I travel, I look for stores with locally made gifts--to treat myself! Usually, I end up buying myself some earrings. In my searches for a place to shop in Memphis, I found Falling Into Place. It's in a cute little area, and the inside is just as cute. Jewelry, homewares, art, baby stuff... everything is adorable. Plus, if you want a local Memphis gift (and not a t-shirt from Graceland), this is a perfect little spot to do that. They had some really neat prints. (I ended up with a pair of earrings.) There is parking out front, and it's in a great strip to stroll down. It's a great local shop! read more

Such a nice shop! I've shopped here several times and have always found unique things for gifts and for myself. It always smells amazing when you walk in and the staff is always so pleasant. They seem to be glad that they're there and seem to appreciate their customers. Such quality items that you won't find at other places. They have collections of candles, jewelry, Memphis themed items, etc. etc. Some of the prettiest items from local artists are available here. Falling Into Place makes it very easy to support small business and support local artists. Always such a great shopping experience here. This store is very cute and the employees are really nice. I attended a candle making class there recently. The owner was kind and detailed with her advice of mixing the scents. I learned more about preserving candles. The soy wax candles I have from the class smell amazing. I even bought some of their scented oils for my diffuser. One of my new go-to gift shops, where I could window-shop for days. They have things at all price ranges, from house-printed notecards ($8) and cute dish towels ($12) to reeeeeallll nice leather pouches ($50+) and a range of jewelry items ($30+). They even have a few gifts for babies -- onesies and natural teethers and the like. They seem to do a steady stream of business, but the proprietor and her staff always have a moment to talk and help you find what you're looking for. They even gift-wrap in house-branded bags so that the people you shopped for know you went somewhere special! Falling Into Place is a bright, fun, and distinctive shop located in the Broad Avenue Arts District. The store carries a surprising variety of merchandise; from jewelry, to baby and pet gifts, beauty supplies, and small home décor, (even one style of really cute shoes.) This could be a dangerous shop for those like me that tend to buy with a "one-for-you and two-for-me" mentality - Ha!
