As i have never worn this brand she advised me to go with a 7 she said they will stretch out so much so not to go the half size larger. I wore them for 2 days and my toes were hurting so bad I took them back in and told the manager what had happened. She said since I wore them outside she cannot resell them. I asked her to send them back to New Balance since it was the clerk that advised me to go a smaller size than what I asked for. She said no and that she does not know which clerk sold me the shoes but she will talk to her. I said you will know if you look at my receipt. The manager was too busy looking at her phone to get up off her big lazy butt and just told me no she cannot take the shoes back since she cannot resell them. Just saying. So the sales clerk got a 2 pair of shoes commission and I don't have a new walking shoe!
