The day I picked it up, the new fenders light bulb was broken off inside the lens not working, the fender wasn't in line with the door and hood, the door had fish eyes in the clear and a buffer burn. I made another appointment to get these fixed which they did, no charge. Again, I had to pay for another rental car for three days though. While it was there I decided to have them replace the seat bottom foam and cover I had bought at the jeep dealership. I picked the jeep up discovering that upon reinstalling the seat, they poked a hole in the new oem jeep 600.00 seat cover and scratched both the door panel and sil plate with the metal seat track. Also, the air bag light was illuminated on the dash. They agreed to purchase a new door panel and sil plate, but the cover is no longer available. I suggested they repair the old one for me to have as a spare and leave the new one on with a hole for fear of more damage. That would not be anywhere close to the cost of buying a new one. It took several phone calls, stop ins and emails to get those parts from them. After many many months of the seat cover being at the shop, with the owner saying it would get repaired after I stopped to see, I gave up and picked up the unrepaired seat bottom cover, now covered in dust and dirt. Chapter closed at least. I don't just leave negative reviews, it's not my thing but I have never had to call, email and stop in a place of business so many times to get something fixed, yet not completely. This was an extremely unprofessional transaction. Each time there were easily seen things wrong. I understand things happen, but this was all in lack of quality control, honesty and follow through.

Was driving in a parking lot maybe 5 miles per hour- the glass popped (that's the sound I heard) nothing remotely nearby to cause the windshield to crack. Stop by Seneco Glass as they did the original install. No one there to assess. Call them the next day- Rick says send me pics -did so, can't determine from pics - "bring in I'm here all the time" Text him- will you be there tomorrow? - his response "yup". Bring the car by (mind you, this is a 25 minute drive each time) Guess what? Rick not there all day. The lady says I'll have someone come out to your home and look at it- Okay, great. The guy does show and determines it's a stress crack and covered by warranty. Wonderful. Make an appointment to bring car in and have glass repaired. (Again, taking time away from work, also having another person follow me to bring me back home). Well guess who is there when I drop car off?- the elusive Rick- looks at glass and says-(I'll let you guess) that's right- Ricks says- "that's not a stress crack. It's not covered!" What a joke of a company. Anyway- buyer beware.

All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. Thorough I went to Collision Pros in May for a quick estimate after some kids threw a rock denting my hood (and scratching the windshield glass, which I hadn't noticed at first). Their estimate came in just a little lower than the official insurance estimate I got later. Also, they noticed that my front glass was scratched and while not a danger, they recommended replacing it as well, since it could develop cracks after a freeze-thaw cycle. They also said they'd take care of some unrelated rust spots that had developed with age. Speedy Dave had it repaired, repainted, and back to me within a week, matching my paint and installing a higher quality aftermarket windscreen than what I had previously installed after the original glass had developed cracks. High-quality When I got my car back, the paint looked great, the dent and rust were gone, and they had even vacuumed and washed my car inside and out!! So kind!! I'll keep coming back!

First appt on Monday the glass tech from Accurate did not have proper molding, reset appt for Thursday, glass tech never showed up. Dealership was very apologetic and even tried calling glass company on my behalf. Accurate glass dropped ball twice, I drove 45 minutes one way twice! I am a salesman at this dealership and do plan on discouraging anyone from using Accurate Glass.

They squeaked me in for a drivers door window that had been opened and stocked down on the inside of the door. They had it quickly taken apart and discovered that the "Regulator" had gone bad. The regulator is the motor that drives your window up and down if you have electric windows. The next problem that we encountered was that none of the suppliers they work with had one available. I really wanted my car fixed today due to my busy schedule. The idea came up to call the local Chevy dealer up the street. They had one in stock. The next problem was that they couldn't ship it until this evening. I stepped up and said if accurate auto glass was willing to fix my window today I would run out there to the Chevy dealer myself and pick up the part. They said no one has ever offered that before. We will honor that. So I immediately left and drove 5 miles to the dealership, got the part, and quickly returned. As soon as I handed off the part they took my keys from me and pulled my car into the bay. Literally 20 minutes later it was complete. The tech who worked on it was JON. He was a super friendly high energy guy who even took me back to the shop at my request, and taught me all about the regulator, how it works, showed me the old one, and all the points of failure when they have problems. I have a new understanding now of how electric car windows work. The owners name is John painter. John came out and spoke with me at length. He was a super nice guy and clearly has a gift for connecting with people. I am a Christian, so is he and he shared his Christian testimony with me, which I thought was absolutely awesome! The girls at the front desk were super nice, chatty, and clearly enjoyed their job and only want to make the customers feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about this place. And when everything was said and done the cost was exceedingly reasonable. I had no problem with the price that I paid. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, or you have a problem with your electric windows, accurate auto glass is the place to go. I know I will be going there for any future issues with any of my vehicles. Thanks for taking such great care of me today, guys! I'm a fan.
