They quoted me slightly over $700 for the repair. The itemized bill seemed ridiculous with unneeded labor. I got a quote from another shop for $350 and ended up having it done there. Fixed 2 things for FREE! So nice and friendly!!! I had pulled up on to a snow bank a year ago and my front bumper separated from the car on the passenger side. Billy attached my bumper for free with a small clamp. I was shocked! (I did not want to get the full bumper replaced as the car was older.) However, I had been worried that it was going to separate more while driving or have a car wash cloth get stuck in the gap. Then, much to my surprise I got a free 2nd fix on my minivan's back door! I had told Dan that my husband had used my van as a truck one day by loading it up with plywood and had closed the back door and bent the hinge. Every time aI got a car wash, a small water fall would come into the door gap where he bent the hinge. Dan manually moved the door with his hands till it was straight! I'm new to the state and have only lived here for 1 year but I can tell you that if I ever need a car body repair I am definitely going to Falls Auto Body! Great guys!!! read more

I could not speak more highly of Falls Auto Body! As a younger woman, I've always found it difficult to walk into body shops. We are often worried we will be taken advantage of for our incompetence in the automotive field. You can rest assured that Falls Auto Body will treat you with respect and fairness. On Monday, Jan. 9, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Patriot for an estimate on body work and paint on the hatch before a rear window replacement. Dan, general manager, did my estimate. He was not only fast and efficient, but had a great sense of humor that made my crappy day a little better. They said they were booked until February, but due to the coming week of sleet and downpour rain (and me not having a garage, and a cover not sticking due to the cold), they managed to get my vehicle in the very next morning, Tuesday, Jan. 10 and told me it would be done by Friday evening. Thursday, January 12, I had my Jeep back and it looks just as good as the day I bought it. Dan not only came in under the estimate, but got the job done a day ahead of schedule, saving me money on my enterprise car rental. They even detailed the inside and power washed my mats. My car has been in the shop for over a month. I still don't have an estimate for it. They refuse to take all the bad parts out for the insurance to take pictures of and approve. I don't get any updates. I Have to call them to try to get any I formation and 9/10 times they don't answer or return a message . Very unhappy with the service so far. read more

I am writing this review as an out-of-state customer. I live in California. In the process of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership in Ohio, I needed to find someone I felt I could trust to conduct a fair and impartial inspection of the vehicle I intended to purchase. Since the Carfax showed that the vehicle had been in in a minor accident, I needed a professional opinion. I am very happy that I found Falls Auto Body. They are a family owned business, and that is important to me. I called to inquire and was assisted initially by Sammy on the phone. She was professional and helpful with great communication. She listened to my request and cautioned that they were very busy, but she would explain my situation too John the owner. I was happy when John called me back within 30 minutes. We had a nice friendly discussion about the inspection plans and he gave me the go ahead to send the vehicle right over. Long story short, by the end of the day, John had concluded his inspection and provided to me the information I needed for peace of mind. John had made room in his day for me and did the inspection personally. He didn't need to do that, but he did anyway simply to help me, a complete stranger! When I brought up the bill for his services, I was again humbled by his generosity and care. Very rare in the world today. Once again John and Sammy, thank you so very much. Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Falls Auto Body on my Chevy Trax. I was originally told that it would take "about a week" for the repairs, and I didn't get to pick my car up until exactly a month later. I had to call the shop multiple times a week for updates, and many times was told that "they'd get back to me" without returning my call. I was also told the technician that was fixing my car "went on vacation, and they were unsure of the cars progress". The total cost ended up being double what the estimate listed, my car still had a large dent above the wheel that was originally there when inspected, and my license plate was still badly bent. When asked about the dent above the wheel, the technician said that the insurance did not approve for the damage to be fixed, even though it was listed on my estimate. I would not recommend having your vehicle fixed here, unless you like to constantly call for updates, pay double for damages not covered, and still have damage left on the vehicle. read more
