When I brought up issues, the first thing they did was point fingers at other shops and try to pass the blame. It was their responsibility to get the car back in pre accident condition. They completely failed. We dropped the vehicle back off to get the issues resolved. They had for 3 days and covered a rental for us. Upon arrival my car still looks absolutely terrible almost every issue was still there. Our insurance got involved and they have decided to send to a different shop because red top was incapable of providing even decent repairs. Would have been happier going anywhere else
