Aly (shift lead) and Justin (manager-in-training) were professional, patient, and proactive from start to finish. I was trying to figure out how to use my Walgreens Cash rewards, and they walked me through it step-by-step with zero attitude, even though it required extra verification and a couple extra taps on the register. Despite limited staffing at the front, they kept everything moving smoothly and stayed calm the whole time. It felt very old-school in the best way, disciplined, competent, and well-run like a good operational military team. Shout-out to Aly and Justin for solid, capable service. The pharmacy department is decent and quick, the staff is informative to the situations that arise. Bug draw back- bathroom. Don't come here to use the bathroom in the summer. The line is usually backed up and after a few people it statutes to smell funny- not the fault of the staff (tourist).
