Ruined multiple items! $2.75 "Dry Cleaning" are not dry cleaned. Items clearly wet washed. I called to speak to a manager or owner, was told that no one was around and they did not know when one would EVER be available?!?! Items un-salvageable including pillow I brought in from living room chairs my cat got sick on. Photos below show matching set. No way to replace. I took 5 dress shirts to be cleaned and pressed. I only got 4 back. They lost a $50 Jos. A Banks shirt only worn 2 times! Attendant said the owner would call me at 2pm when she was due to come in to the shop. No call, no apology. I returned 3 more time to see if my shirt was found. Nope! I'll never go There again. I happened to stumble upon Fall River Cleaners and checked my trusty Yelp app to see what the dealy was in regards to speed. I LOVE my dry cleaners in Wake Forest, but I needed some items back quickly for a work trip so when I saw that FRC is speedy, I opted in. The day I arrived was actually a snow/ice day so they were closing up early. They were friendly, thorough, and told me that my items would be ready the next day. THE NEXT DAY???? Well, I actually came two days after that and picked up my items in the drive-thru and voila, I was on my way. The prices were decent, especially since there is no extra charge for the expedited service. I will be back when I need something in a hurry! read more

Horrible. I dropped off a $250 comforter to be cleaned. I explained to the girl at the counter it was very nice & asked if it would be ok. She said yes. I come back, pick it up, bring it home & the stuffing is totally ruined. I brought it back twice for them to "fix". No change. I explained I wanted it fixed or replaced & was supposed to get a call from the owner. I did miss a call, but no message was left. I went back and was told the owner said it was fine & they would do nothing. My wife is furious. They even tried to get me to pay for the "fix". read more

Very rude and unprofessional lady named Marisol. When I dropped off my items she asked for my phone number. I was tired and didn't realize that she hadn't given me a pick up slip. A few days later when I returned Marisol asked me for my phone number. She proceeded to find my items. She could not find them so she came back outside and asked me for my slip that is when I said you didn't give me one. Then she said it must've been the other lady that comes in in the daytime. I said no it was you. Then Marisol looked at me with a blank look on her face. That is when I realize that she did not give me a slip nor did she write down my phone number so she could give me back right items that I had dropped off. So when I asked for the owners name she didn't want to give it to me she said he's not here I said well II'm sure he's not but can you give me some information on him so that I can contact him? Then Marisol went inside of the cleaners and did not come back out did she glance at me through the window . Terrible customer service. When I took a jacket in I asked to put stickers on a couple of spots that needed to be cleaned. The female owner refused to do them and then when I went to pick it up along with a whole batch of other clothes it was still dirty. She had a terrible attitude and zero customer service. They also no longer accept competitor coupons and were ridiculously priced. Terrible mistake. I will go back to my normal place across the street. Wish I hadn't missed my normal place by 7 minutes. NEVER GO HERE!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! I picked up my $80 denim, button down shirt and she shows it to me - with a 13 inch rip down the left side of the shirt - casually saying "this happened when we tried to iron the shirt"...I know she's lying - when was the last time you tore a shirt apart while ironing it?...Being short on time, I accepted the $10 she offered and said I'd call to speak with a manager later. When I called 20 minutes later and asked to speak to a manager, I was told "No one is here - sorry" and was rudely hung up on. I will be making an appearance there tomorrow morning with the receipt showing the value of the shirt they destroyed and I will see how far I get with a reimbursement...but judging from other reviews, I'm not too optimistic. read more

Took a comforter over to them on a Monday. I asked whether it should be dry cleaned or washed. The lady took it back to the person in the back and they agreed it should be washed. (13.99) for a wash. When I picked it up she told me the total was 37.00 that it was dry cleaned. I looked at the ticket and they had my phone number and didn't call me to let me know they needed to dry clean it and it would cost more. I will NEVER use these people again. read more

I took my comforter to Falls River Cleaners to be cleaned. When I got home I saw that there was a large rip in my comforter. I immediately took it back to the cleaners to show them the rip. While speaking with a very nice woman there I find out that a different person has ripped my comforter while pulling on it (to get filling to spread out). What floored me was that they knew they ripped my comforter, still bagged it up, charged me for it and never said a word when I picked it up. When I went in they did fess up and after a wait while they called the owner the refunded me the cost of dry cleaning. I was promised a call from the owner which was never received. They should have offered some sort of compensation since I know will have to buy a new set. Needless to say my relationship with falls river cleaners is over & I wish I would have read the reviews sooner. These things seem to happen often with them. read more

I took 4 shirts to Falls River for the shirt special and was told I needed 5 shirts, so I went back later with 5 shirts. Yes, the next day they were ready BUT I was charged a lot more and told one of the shirts did not count for the shirt special and was more than double price of other dry cleaners. I will never use this cleaner again and it's to bad because I live close by. read more
