Just moved out to Troy Mo. and we have 3 dogs that we were going to transfer our vet services to the Falls and asked them to do a nail trimming on our 3 dogs. They said that it's very expensive to just do nail trimmings without an actual physical or an appointment for services. WTH!!! vet techs do our dogs nails back at our old vet which was Watson vet clinic back in St. Louis. Watson vet is the best but it's now an hour drive for us. If a vet clinic can't even oblige a new client with nail trimmings then they don't deserve our business. so sad!!! I hope all country folks aren't like these people at this clinic. read more

I live 2 miles from this office. I called them when my cat was having breathing difficulties and the lady on the phone was happy to keep repeating "we are not accepting new patients at this time" even though we had been to this office before. They will gladly let your animal die. ABSOLUTELY do not rely on them because they will let you down when it matters most. read more

Dr Falls is by far the most caring and competent vet we have taken our animals to see. We started seeing him in 2006 and when he moved to another location, then eventually to his home location, we followed him each step of the way. He treats your pet as if it's his own. He doesn't want you to throw around a bunch of money if it really isn't worth it and his follow ups are always done by him. He has helped us saw goodbye to our German Shepherd in 2006 and cried with us when it happened. When another of our dogs broke a toenail off after hours he brought us in and he took his time to take care of it. If something is out of his range (surgery, oncology), he will send you to the best he knows. His tech and office staff members are helpful and kind. They keep things moving and the office is always clean. As long as he's in business we will never take our kids anywhere else. read more

This vet is all about the money. I rescue dogs and the first thing I do is take them to the vet to get checked. My last rescue was Misty I took her in for her check up He said she had mange and hook worm. He gave me meds for her and then she got up to date on her shots. Before I left he told me he didn't see a scar on her belly and she would need to be spayed. So I came back to get her spayed. I then left until the office called for me to pick her up. Instead I got a call that she had been spayed already. What I did not know was the little blueline on her belly meant that she was spayed. I,m not sure how he missed that on her check up. All I know is she was cut open and he didn,t spay her so I asked while she was out could he take a look at her ear because she had been shaking her head alot and wouldn't let me touch her ears. So when I went to pick her up and pay the bill he charged me for a spay that never took place 155.00 and had the audacity to charge me for looking at her ears 25.00. I even said to him your the one that told me she needed to be spay you should work something out with me on price. Of course he had no memory of saying that to me. So I paid and vowed to never go back to him. In the mean time I have a great vet who really does care without over charging you. Here is the kicker I was never told Misty's stitches needed to come out so I assumed they were dissolvable. So her stitches got terribly infected and I had to pay another vet bill to get that taken care of and she has a follow up appointment. Also my new vet is half the cost of what Scott charges. For instance my 10 pound Dachsund had to be put down. I had her cremated with ash return my new vet was 172.00 Scotts charge was 315.00 dollars. He isn't what he seems be careful if you have him as a vet. read more
