Today, the crew at the store in Brenham Texas helped us repair two tires after we had a blowout on the interstate yesterday. In particular, Jordan went the extra mile to come up the hill behind him so we could service our track in an adjacent businesses parking lot. Thankfully, they had the exact tires our camper required in stock and at a good price. They've always taken care of me and give me even more reason to think they always will. If I wanted to, I could have fussed about that, but it wasn't worth it. I went to boys tire shop to have 2 tires put on my car. The shop I normaly do buisness with did not…read morehave the size I needed in stock. Boys had the tires I needed in stocks and at a decent price I arrived and they went to work on my car in just a few minutes. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. I drove the car approximately 12 miles at that time my car started shaking violently and I pulled over to find that 4 of the five lugs on driver side front tire had fallen off. I called Boys tire shop and told the owner what happened. I made it clear that I had the car done there and now I was on the side of the road unable to drive the car. His response was basically to say . If I drove the car in they would look at it. But they would be closing In a few minutes to drive in the next day. I managed to get lug nuts and then find out that the rim is bent and I will have to get a new one at the cost of 225.00 bucks. I am shocked at the owners indifference and I do not know if they will repay me for my damage.
