We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to Terrence, we were able to get back on the road safely and without delay. After 1 1/2hrs she called AAA to get an update. AAA tried to get back in touch with Garcia and was told someone was on the way. After more than 2 hours, and still stranded, AAA called my daughter to tell her the driver was no longer communicating with them. AAA paid them in full up front. After 4 hours AAA coordinated with another company. Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity. If you do have any common sense you will wisely avoid them.

The driver was super nice and offered to let me pay over the phone but we didn't have the same payment app, so I ended up sending someone to get cash to give to them. We were miles from any possible assistance especially on a Sunday evening. We called several 24 Roadside Assistance services; but no one was willing to assist. However, when we contacted NRoute, Martin answered and said he would be there within 10 minutes and sure enough he was there when he said he would be there.
