I've been a…read morepatient of his for over 25 years and he had done so many wonderful things and I am alive today because of him. He was always very compassionate, caring, hilarious!, and made you feel like you where family. His staff has always been great and attentive. Office is always sparkling clean and I had and have never waiting so long to see them. My care will continue with them and the new Dr. Bernard Camilo as I am now excited to meet him. They were kind and caring, responsive to outreach when needed. They were able to assist our family in getting orders for medication, both prescribed and over the counter, in a timely manner. They dealt mainly with the facility caregivers and nurse but also provided feedback to our family as care went on.

I know everything takes time and I am a very patient person. I just wish that if you are not able to do, just say you cannot. I am, also, a very understanding person.

I called this office to make an appointment for my working father. The girl on the phone rudely stated that he had to call himself. Once I explained that he couldn't schedule his own appointment due to his work schedule, she asked if he didn't get breaks and should call when he's available (he typicall isn't, hence why I was making the appointment for him). That's unacceptable and truly troubling if I were the practice manager/owner. You're turning patients away because they don't make their own appointments? Ridiculous.

First thing she asked for was my insurance card and I.d i didn't have an Insurance card because I had recently made a change to see this physician. But they had all my information the girl in the front mentioned to me that they would not be able to see me because I did not have a card but that she would ask her manager. I don't think they realize that the window door and wall that separates the waiting area is not sound proof The girl in the front desk tell the manager " she supposedly does not have her card so we still see her ?" The manager "no tell her it's illegal to see her without a card tell her that and you will see she will end up pulling it out.......just act like your on your phone trying to figure it out and then tell her we can not see her" all this while I was sitting there hearing all this and watching the girl in the front desk putting on her best show and they thought they were being sleek! They should have more respect for their patients I understand their policy about the insurance card but what bothered me was the fact that they made it seem like I was lieing and wanted to fool me ! Just be more considerate of what you say I heard everything so unprofessional at least the staff! I have heard good things about the doctor but with staff like that I rather not deal with!!

I started going to Dr Mikhail about 6-7 years ago based on the positive reviews from here. She's…read morevery friendly and was fine when it came to simple physicals. Last year I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and she put me on an ACE inhibitor. It helped lower my blood pressure, but I developed a cough not long after. I looked up the side effects and noticed that cough could be one of them. I brought this up to Dr Mikhail and she said that since it lowered my blood pressure, I should stay on it and prescribed me allergy medicine. The cough continued for months. When I would bring it up again she prescribed me more allergy medicine and told me it couldn't have been the ACE inhibitor since I said that I coughed more at night. The cough got worse earlier this year and I repeatedly told her the allergy medicine wasn't helping but she kept prescribing more of it and dismissed me. After months of little sleep from coughing all night, getting the side-eye from people hearing me hacking in public, having my throat raw with pain and a general decrease in quality of life, I got fed up and made an appointment with a pulmonologist. He diagnosed me with bronchitis, switched me from the ACE inhibitor to Amlodipine, and gave me an inhaler and nose spray. Within a week the cough was gone. It's annoying that Dr Mikhail misdiagnosed me, but what infuriated me the most was her gaslighting me and ignoring my complaints for MONTHS. I really wanted to like her but I'm never going to her office again.

They're poorly organized (we scheduled vaccinations for our 4 year old who is terrified of shots...when we arrived to our appointment, they informed is that they ""ran out" of one of the vaccines, so we'd have to come back to get the final one ""whenever we get them".) Her office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They've lost documents we needed filled out on several occasions, mixed up appointments, loudly gossip with patients in the waiting room, and today even refused to fill out our daughter's medical history so we can register her for school. They claim we were "terminated as patients" for complaining about the missing vaccine..but that was never expressed to us at any point. While it's true, we immediately changed our primary care physician following the vaccination debacle, the kids haven't even seen the new doctor yet..so how is she supposed to know our medical history, or even have access to our records since doctor Mikhail's offIce never got around to sending our records to the new doctor? There are plenty of other reasons I do not recommend Doctor Mikhail, but those are more due to her personality and style of practice, so I won't bother mentioning them here. There are plenty of other highly rated doctors in area, so I suggest doing a little research before making an appointment here.

There is certainly a large facility that he works in and around which provides many different medical options all in one house. The nurse practitioner Teodora was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything I had to say and I never felt once like she was just trying to hurry up to go onto the next patient. There was barely any foot traffic there so they take their time with each patient to answer any questions or concerns. I totally recommend this business to anyone and everyone.
