When I first walked in to Family Chiropractic Center a couple years ago (via a friend's recommendation), I could barely walk without any pain in my lower back and hip area, and the sciatica pain was keeping me up all night! Within a few weeks of Dr. Kevin Hartung starting my adjustments, my sciatic & hip issues have been kept at bay and I can walk pain-free. I now go regularly to Family Chiropractic to keep my hip & spine aligned correctly. There is a new doctor, Dr. Sean Peters, who did an adjustment on me one time when Dr. Kevin could not be there, and he is excellent also! The staff at the Family Chiropractic Center is kind and caring, and all so friendly! We are always laughing about something and I feel like I have been their friend forever! They all make you feel so welcomed from the time you walk in until you walk out! The new facility where they recently relocated to is beautiful! So bright, cheerful and open. Dr. Hartung and his staff deserve a 5. Dr. Hartung's staff is so very friendly, experienced, and professional. If you need to reschedule or have insurance questions they are always very helpful. They make everything easy, and are always smiling. I have been doctoring for back And shoulder problems since 2020. No one has helped me like Dr. Hartung. I have been his patient since December 2024. On my first visit, he listened to everything I had to say regarding my symptoms, the treatments I went through, and the type of Doctors I used. He told me he definitely could help me, which I didn't believe. He explained where the problem was, and how he was going to treat my problems. He gave me a time frame of how long it would take. Well, with his treatment plan, he totally helped me. I am 95 percent pain free. For the other 5 percent, every now and then I take some Advil. I highly recommend giving his practice a try. I came to Family Chiropractic a couple months ago in a lot of pain in my lower back/left hip area. I could barely get up and down from a sitting position, had pain and muscle spasms. I was seen by Dr. Peters. I had x rays and a thorough examination. Dr. Peters put me on a schedule of adjustments, decompression, and STEM. I can say now, after a month or so of visits. I feel GREAT, better than i have in quite a while. Between Dr Peters, Chanel, and Jazz, i couldnt ask for a more wonderful experience. Everyone at the office from front desk to hands on staff makes sure to get and know you and cater to your needs. I originally chose this practice because of location, it is only 1 minute from my office, but it is the best experience of any i have been to. I HIGHLY recommend Family Chiropractic. I really can't sing the praises enough of Family Chiropractic Center. They honestly feel like family to me! Dr. Hartung is hands down the best, always greets me with warmness and a smile, and is literally incredible with everything from education to technique to encouragement. I've been going to this center for many months to treat my lower back pain. I'm now in maintenance and I couldn't function well without their care. This center is very professional, thorough, caring, flexible, always on time, and knowledgeable. It is conveniently located as well. Side note: When I was in the beginning phase of treatment, I would use this stretch machine in the office. It makes you feel so much better in addition to the adjustment and stimulation. Their Chiropractic Care has been great for me!
