My initial appointment took about two hours because I had to complete a bunch of paperwork and it seems like they double-book patients. They assured me that would be the longest appointment, which it was, but I've had to wait a bit other times. Their hours of operation are limited. Their covid-19 precautions were dismal, which makes me question how much they care about their patient's health and wellbeing. The front desk staff were unmasked and Dr. Schwartz only wore his mask periodically (some times just over his mouth), and this was before the vaccine was being widely offered. The times I went after the initial CDC recommendation that vaccinated people didn't need to mask, Dr. Schwartz was unmasked. I felt really uncomfortable. The way the office works seems outdated/inefficient. They charge clients a fee to use a credit card which i find to be absurd nowadays. Some of the equipment seems outdated and I wasn't given a vest to wear for X-rays. You have to complete this tedious electronic form every time you go in to identify all the spots that are bothering you that day. Dr. Schwartz seems knowledgeable, but didn't provide me with a detailed treatment plan despite saying he would provide one. I ended up going to another chiropractor where I don't have to wait long, staff are following COVID-19 protection precautions, they have more convenient hours, and I can pay with a credit card without being charged. I feel like I am getting better care elsewhere.

The Dr was both down to earth and very professional and knows his stuff. He put Me on the rolling massage table with heat and ice to address my low back issues before doing an adjustment. I have been to many chiro doctors and the past and i really liked this office. The doctor is gentle and asks a lot of questions about my manipulation preferences. I think that is very important for clients who may have apprehension. Ive been getting chiropractic for years so im not new to this field and like many techniques. Ill be back this week for another visit as im sure i need a second treatment. ( stress really messes me up) I would recommend Dr Schwartz and his nice staff. Nobody likes getting adjusted with cold, tight muscles (it hurts!). After treatment, there was no pressure to sign up for a long-term treatment plan, and their sessions are 'fee per visit' style so don't worry about getting locked into monthly recurring payments. He practices activator chiropractic care which means that he doesn't do that whole twist and crack method. That's always been a little scary to me - waiting for someone to twist your neck around-ick! This is a little rubber tipped tool that applies pressure to the points that are out of whack. After about four adjustments with the activator, I actually heard and felt my L-5 slide back into place! Dr. David has been fantastic! He listens to all my complaints, is receptive to my ideas, and is so reasonable - $35 a session without insurance! When I went in, I was in so much pain I wouldn't sit down. After one session, I was able to move around and actually able to get in the shower again! I plan to go to him regularly now just to keep everything in order!
