It's really simple and easy, and they started on time. I had a 5:00 reservation, by 5:00. I was walking back. They have a number of specials there that you can pick from them on the list and all of the prices are very very reasonable. You'll come in in there. It's very soft music playing in the background. Even though typically I would have my earbuds in. But the environment is very nice and peaceful regardless. I got a foot and a full body massage. Again, all of them started on time, and we're very thorough. For the foot massage. You'll sit in the chair for a half hour and they'll use hot towels and oils and everything along those lines to get you together. Then they'll give you slippers to go elsewhere if you have something else that you're doing. It was a great massage. Next up walking to the massage table room, it worked out really well. You'll go and disrobe and they'll get you together with hot oils and stones and things like that to make sure it's a good experience. I also appreciate it the inquiry to whether it was something else that could have been done, for example, making sure that you had two little or more pressure if it was needed. They also had hot towels and a hot stone rub as well which was really good. And the end you get tea or water and you pay with the ticket that was given, and you're out the door. This option was not on their menu, however I was accommodated. I specifically said shoulders and arms because this is my touching comfort level. My massage was very good. However, the masseuse went down my back. Even pulling down my pants to my upper buttock area. I've had plenty massages before so I know techniques, and the masseuse didn't do anything wrong. However, working in the legal field, if a male masseuse did this to a female he would be arrested and the salon would have a professional liability claim against them. This is specifically why I asked for shoulders and arms, to stay out the gray area of inappropriate massages. In addition, I didn't like the masseuse attempting to upcharge the services. $10 extra for coconut oil, $30 extra for back scrub, $10 extra to walk on back. I didn't get the full 30 mins either. My guy was falling asleep & snores while he was giving me a leg massage. When all the massage therapist got up to get the hot rocks & hot towels. I ask my friends who was snoring & they said,"it was on my side then I told them that my guy was leaning back & forth, lefty to right. I can see him through my towel on my eyes." My friends also say, " one of their lady was doing the same thing , like my guy." Then, they all came back with the rocks & towels but nothing was hot or even warm enough for us.
