I had gone in for a haircut and I asked her if I was to come later to get my hair dyed (showed her a picture of the platinum card style) she verbally said it was $60. On Friday when she finished my hair she changed the price $280. My fiance paid her cash and he counted in front of her, fyi theres cameras in the salon. An hour later she messages me from her instagram page that we were short $40. That's impossible the money was counted in front of her, there was 2 witnesses; the barber and her friend. Aside from over charging she worked on my hair from 10am-5pm ..when she said it would take 4 hrs only...she bleached my hair numerous times, I had virgin short hair to my shoulders and she only put the toner once. My hair looks orange from the roots and the back looks like the platinum card style I wanted. FYI several customers came in for the barber and she would turn them away and say "the barber comes in at 5pm only!! She does not have the barbers schedule posted on the door or prices for anything on the front door or inside. Do not come here, take your money elsewhere. Also when we tried to pay with a debit card she said that she can only take payment with the app called ZELLE. So basically she only takes cash ...so be prepared to pay cash and please always confirm a price before she begins working on your hair.

During the time I have gone here, I do not believe any stylist has lasted more than about six months. The stylist you go to can be very hit or miss. Some seem as if they are right out of cosmetology school and this is their first job. Others seem like they have recently moved to the area, just want to get a foot in the door and then go to some other more established salon. The stylists are usually pretty nice, some are chatty and others just want to do their work. The salon itself is clean and the prices fairly reasonable. They always have loud music playing.
