She asked me how I wanted my hair done and then cut it exactly how I wanted it. I was super pleased and got an extra business card to share. They're open 9am-5pm, Tuesday through Saturday. On Tuesdays, they offer Senior discounts. They don't accept credit cards so I paid in cash. They are definitely my new go-to salon. I don't use hair color but they do offer it.

JoAnn took her time and in no way rushing in styling an updo for me and also with my girlfriend that worked very well with our preferred hairstyles.  Also, based on her expertise, she suggested hairstyles best suited to our face shapes, which was in sync with our chosen styles.
