Today we had our first visit at Family Dentistry By Design. It was an amazing experience from the second we walked in. We were greeted with smiles. The atmosphere was very inviting and clean. Love the design of their office and how well organized everything is. The lady who cleaned our daughter teeth was very attentive and made sure our kid was not scared and made the entire experience great. It's always scary finding a new office but I'd highly recommend them for any age. We will see you in 6 months! read more

The office is clean and accommodating to patients' needs to feel comfortable during a visit to the dentist. Dr. was nice and listened to my concerns. she took the time to explain everything she was going to do and explained as we went through procedure. Dr. Bradley and staff are fantastic. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they charge you a fee to pay with credit card. Businesses have luxury of writing that off as a business expense customers do not. This is the only dentist I've ever been to that does this. read more

The dentist here is good, and trustworthy. However, her dental hygienist became very hostile, and unprofessional when I said something sympathetic regarding Medicaid recipients. She told me I am going to "have to find a liberal dental hygienist," after she repeatedly chanted "who's going to pay for it?" with regard to Medicaid. This experience was my cue to use my BlueCross BlueShield elsewhere. read more

The best dental service I've ever had. This office provides excellent care! Dr. Bradley has extracted a tooth for me and put in an implant, filled my slightly chipped front bottom teeth, and repaired a crown that was done by another dentist, all during this past year. The implant required several visits. My experience is that this office values your time. I've never had to miss work, they schedule me around my availability, the care is gentle and I feel extremely informed. And, they are fast. I don't think I've ever had to sit in their waiting room for more than 5 minutes. Today I had my crown repaired, and was driving home 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment. I take care of my teeth and have had 4 dentists in my lifetime. Kelly Bradley is the best. read more

Honestly, Dr. Kelly Bradley is one in a million. She is so knowledgable and immediately helps you feel at ease. From the Tv's hanging over each chair to the friendly faces, this place definitely helps you feel at home and calms the nerves. I've had to visit Dr. Bradley's office on more than one occasion. She saved a tooth that I broke while eating dinner, filled a cavity that was almost a root canal, and cleaned my teeth. To say the least the work she does is phenomenal. My disappointment came just when I thought everything was said and done. I got a letter in the mail stating that I owed Kelly Bradley's office more money. This was kind of surprising seeing that I was informed every step of the way that my visits where covered under my insurance. Those that where not fully covered, I payed for at the time of the appointment. Being that I was told my insurance would cover two of my visits, a cleaning and a consultation, I went ahead with it. I would have never gone for an extra consult and a cleaning had I known it was going to cost me anything out of pocket. At this point I had called and spoken to two different people in the office, neither of which seemed to care about my frustrations with them. I was told that I "should familiarize myself with my insurance paperwork." They had already gone over the paperwork and told me I was all clear for the appointments. I whole heartedly felt deceived and lied to by a place that I thought was one of the best. Again, Kelly Bradley is one in a million but her office staff could use some fine tuning. read more

I would not recommend this dentist office. I asked twice for a quote on the procedure and was told that there would be no charge for the consultation. After having the consultation I received a bill for $100. When I asked why there was a charge, their response was it was insurance company's fault. Supposedly my insurance did not cover the particular procedure that they did at the consultation, indicating to me that they did not ask the right questions before they got a quote from insurance company. They may no effort to resolve the issue with me just threw their hands in the air and said that's the way it was. I find this to be a very poor way of doing business. I have canceled my future appointments and will look elsewhere for the procedure that needs to be done. read more

Was very disappointed with the lack of patient advocacy. Had all uppers removed and left that day with my dentures. Never heard another word from them until they were calling for the balance I owed. I called twice in the 2 month's following my extractions to get an adjustment due to sores in mouth and Was told I couldn't get in for a week. I wouldn't be calling if I didn't need to come in right away. Again, they need a patient advocate to follow up with patients. read more

charges full price for initial xrays and does not bill insurance, never heard of this elswhere. Husband paid for xrays and is waiting for insurance authorization for needed services, he has a bad toothache a month later and they will not see him because they have not heard from the insurance! Dr Kelly Bradley is a miracle worker. I left a message on her email account telling her how much pain my autistic 31 year old son was in and her assistant called me right back (on a Sunday) and had him scheduled for the next day. He has the mental capacity of a five year old and is hard to handle but she worked with him to calm him enough to complete four extremely necessary extractions. Amazing. Her helpful staff, especially April, was able to get extras which was quite a feat and the entire process was quick and efficient. My son walked out in less that 45 minutes feeling much better. Thanks to Dr Bradley and her staff he is pain free. I highly recommend her and will never use anyone else! read more

Excellent Staff, fun & professional, clean atmosphere... and very honest, won't tell you you need work that you don't truly need. I say this because I went to a Dentist that stated I needed Root Canal, Crowns, etc... and yet, when I came here, all I needed was a deep cleaning and 2 cavities filled. I did not think that going to the dentist could be such a pleasant experience. Because of this, I often forego regular teeth cleanings, in fear of the poking and prodding that often lead an afternoon of a sore mouth. Everything and everyone involved in this dental experience was superior. Friendly and knowledgable staff, fair prices, and even massage chairs to keep you from getting tense during your cleaning. Root canal, in and out in 90 minutes. Worst part was numbing injection, which wasn't even that bad. Very impressive.

dr. Bradley is the 1st dentist I've had in my 67-yrs. that had me smiling, so glad I picked their business, staff is a 5-star, had good results, no anxiety and this is the 1st time the DR. personally called me that nite to see how I was feeling. Will recommend Family Dentistry!! read more

Went to Kelly Bradley for a consultation for braces and she was very rude. Very upset that my insurance was billed when it was just a consultation, waste of my money on someone I am not going to be dealing with. Accused me of not brushing nor flossing, even though I do daily. Decided to go to an orthodontist for braces and VERY glad I did because he mentioned a lot more things about how my teeth would look and possible situations that may come up with the way my teeth lay, while Kelly Bradley did not mention any of that. I would never recommend her to anyone unless they want to get screwed over. read more

I was waiting for a friend in the waiting area at Family Dentistry by Design. While reading a magazine I could hear a patient in one of the cubicles. She was saying that people was asking if her teeth would be able to be whiter. The patient was not being rude just asking normal questions. All of a sudden Dr. Bradly left another patient to go to this patients cubicle. All of a sudden I hear the Dentist be very rude to this lady. Prior to this the husband had been talking with me about the loss of there Grandson and that the Medical Examiner was taking to long to find out what caused the Grandsons death. The husband states that his wife's dental work "was" the only thing she had to look forward too. Then they called the husband back. Oh my gosh; the dentist was so not treating these patients with respect at all!!! The dentist was not keeping her voice down that's forsure. The patient stated she could not understand why this office had problems with her asking questions. The dentist started totally being very rude. At one point she was telling anyone with hearing that the woman had fake nail and asked her ( the patient) if she was taking mental health medication. How the patient held her composure is beyond me. Moral to this review. I would never recommend this Dentist unless you are a person that likes being verbally abused by the Dentist. read more
