The store prides themselves for having fresh homemade Boudin (which is a French type of sausage, Cajun to be specific) and are known for their own meat department. They offer fresh produce and a variety of everyday household needs and supplies - from doggy food to Velveeta - no Velveeta shortage here. They also offer useful tasks to the public. If you need to copy some paperwork, they have a copier and for a bit of your pocket change you can make copies. If you need to send money to loved ones that are far away, they offer a Western Union corner. If you need a money order, they are able to do it. They also have a ATM inside. Outside they offer two soda machines and a 'Glacier Water' machine. Now, granted, all these luxuries do have a price. Since this is located in a small town the price may seem a bit higher than it would in a bigger town with supermarkets but that's the price of convenience.

This location seems to be the heart and soul of Mont Belvieu. The layout is wonderful. Everything is easy to find, and the selection is top-notch with an emphasis on Texas centric products. My only gripes are the prices of fresh meat and seafood. They seem to be a bit high, considering the inflation is coming down everywhere. I also wanted to try the Mi Tienda tamales and found them overpriced, and the masa overpowered with cumin almost inedible. I love the Boars Head selection in the deli, and the bakery does a great job with baked goods. The gas station in the parking lot is very convenient, and I find the car wash very efficient and decent priced. Overall, HEB is a pretty good place to shop!

Some of their other products are good, but they can be high in price as well. I do manage to get my mustard (Colman's English) cheaper than expected here, and some good fruit and veg here - but it depends on the night. Plus I like the way they do their coupons - giving you things you actually could use. It's a good gimmick because it makes you shop here more. Just too expensive though.

They have most of the basics, so it's a great place to get a start. We ended up going to the Walmart later that week get items that we couldn't find at Seven Seas, but it was a good place to get most of what we needed.
