Their delivery was fast and the chicken was hot, fresh and juicy. I was definitely super impressed. I argued that it was that it was like that when I bought it, but he told me I was a liar and proceeded to open every single other box to show me that they all came closed and the boxes that he opened were also damaged and most of the bags were ripped open as well and he would hold them closed and tell me that I was lying and they were closed. I didn't feel like fighting him, so I grabbed my squishy and went out the door to my cousin. I told her what happened and she wasn't happy but we decided to leave cause we didn't want to fight anymore P.S " manager's" name is Iris Worst customer service I have ever had. I have own this product for a while and it has NEVER failed in super cleaning and pleasing me. I also use the heavy duty Oxy solution for pets. The trick is not to be in a hurry. Use the Hoover with very hot tap water and cover the entire rug twice but go over the NASTY spots several times. Then after emptying the machine rinse the rug again using hot tap water. Amazing how much more it cleans. Now since I am OCD I go over the rug again with no fluids to help the rug to dry even faster. Pets or no pets if you have a rug I highly suggest you RUN out and purchase this machine. 1 cleaning pays for itself. Oh, and don't skimp on the cleaner. AH, I can breathe again!!!

Please keep in mind to get a cart you will need a quarter to remove the cart from the chain but you get it back when you return the cart. They do sell a keychain pouch for you to keep a quarter to have it on hand for a random Aldi visit. They do not bag your items. So no paper bags or grocery bags. Bring a reusable bag or boxes to put your items and easily carry to your car. The store is small so don't expect to spend hours here.

I usually end up here when I'm shopping with my sister, and it feels like a field trip. Now, H-E-B is not what it used to be. Sure, they still have solid products, and those yellow coupons dangling from the shelves like little golden tickets are a nice touch. But it's getting harder to find anything that's not the H-E-B brand. I don't mind their brand--it's good!--but sometimes I want something different, you know? Like sometimes you want Dr Pepper, not "Dr. Practically Pepper." And when they do stop carrying items, they don't always replace them with something even remotely similar. RIP to the snacks I'll never see again. As for service... I can't really say. I don't usually need help, so I'm not hunting for employees like they're Pokémon. That said, I did notice at least five workers a couple trips ago, busy restocking or doing mysterious cooking-connection things. This last trip, they were EVERYWHERE. It seemed like every person who works there was on duty and everywhere I turned there were people restocking and pushing large carts full of stuff. There were a few times when I felt like we were in their way since there were so many people stocking shelves and moving things around. It was kind of chaotic. The store itself is big, which means if I'm with my sister, I'm in there for at least an hour while she roams every aisle like it's Disneyland. Thankfully, the aisles are roomy, so you don't have to do awkward grocery-cart bumper cars just to get by. It's open, airy, and surprisingly refreshing for a place that sells raw chicken. And yes, I always leave with more than I came for. But isn't that just the H-E-B way?
