I was able to snag a new pair of OnClouds (OnCloud X3) for $90 & the same style + color is still full price at Nordstrom for $150. Also, many nice clothing brands like Levi, Joe's Jeans, TopShop, Naked Wardrobe, Good American, AGOLDE, etc can be found here. These brands of jeans are sold here for $30-$90 when typically full price is ~$200. Totally recommend!

Worst experience ever with the cashier this afternoon. We've been customers of this store for years…read moreand have never been treated as carelessly as we were today. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was very helpful pulling sizes and giving great advice. The tailor was also knowledgeable and did a good and was friendly. Things however went quickly south when we got to the cashier to pay. To say that the young woman at the register was rude as an understatement. There was not only a lack of basic retail service skills, but the young woman's attitude was borderline hostile. Basic questions about the breakdown of the charges and any discounts we might be able to take advantage of were met with rolled eyes, huffing, and puffing...at one point she literally walked away and starting ringing up another customer! I've worked retail and know it's a tough job, but this is NOT who you behave with customers, especially when we were nothing but courteous. K&G, do better with vetting, hiring, and training your staff! This was absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry that I had to interact with this person and your company should be ashamed to employ someone like that.

She went there specifically for her favorite pants, I personally hadn't shopped at Old Navy in a long time. I usually only go once a year to get silly PJ pants for my dad as it's a tradition my sisters and I have for xmas. They usually have at least one funny print of mens PJ pants. While shopping with Steph on that crazy post-turkey-eating night in a line that was a little bit insane, I found some xmas gifts that I didn't know I could get here, and I found out that I can wear their pants for work pants, and hopefully they will last long enough to get my business in the future - it's hard to find pants that fit with and without long johns in womens sizes. The employees seemed uncommonly calm, and were able to ring us up fairly quickly, though I am glad that I watched the register as things rang up because they weren't ringing up at all of their Black Friday sale prices, but without hesitation, and noticing a few were wrong herself, the cashier quickly fixed any mistake and I wound up getting a great amount of clothes to keep myself warm at work, for short money. I may shop Old Navy more often in the future - though perhaps not at midnight, after eating that much again.

Jewelry is very nice too and does not look cheap like the jewelry in some of their competitors.

I decided to start fresh at Aritzia after hearing great things about their clothes and customer service--and I was completely blown away by my stylist, Diana. I think I tried on 50+ pieces over the course of 3-4 hours (I know... I'm a little crazy, and I shop like it's an Olympic sport ), and Diana was incredible from beginning to end. She gave honest feedback, suggested perfect pieces to pair with tops and bottoms I liked, and patiently ran back and forth countless times to grab different sizes and colors. She was also incredibly organized, keeping track of what I was buying in-store versus what would be shipped to my home, which made the whole process so much easier. Toward the end, after I'd gone through everything I picked myself, I asked Diana to surprise me with items she thought I'd love. She absolutely nailed it. Every piece she brought matched my style perfectly. She somehow understood exactly what I was looking for--even when I couldn't put it into words. Shopping is usually stressful for me because I'm not very confident when it comes to fashion, but Diana made the experience genuinely fun and effortless. I walked out of the store much poorer , but also incredibly relieved and excited because I finally have a wardrobe full of pieces that make me feel confident. Sean was a very helpful and attentive salesman. He let me know this particular style ran big and surmised that the boots that would fit me would be a half size smaller than usual. He was right. They didn't have the copper color in stock but once I ascertained my correct size and fit, Sean ordered them for me. They arrived at my door in just a few short days. I have been wearing them around the house for the past two days but honestly, they are extremely comfortable. It seems no break-in period needed as is the case with some boots in general and some western boots in particular. Tecovas will shine/polish the boots for free any time you're in the store. They also will etch them for free with my initials or another of their designs if I so desire. The journey is not in on this option yet. They also offer to stretch them for you if they need it.
