When I saw this in the distance I asked if we could come here. I have seen videos and stories about how magical one of these places are. I was not disappointed upon entry. I can't explain it, but this place was clean. I don't mean all neat and tidy, what I mean is that it was bright, welcoming, and white, almost to the point of feeling sterile. However, don't take that as a negative. It was different to be in a store and not feel like you were dirty. The brightness of this place drew me in. I wanted to shop. I also did not feel lost in the least. I would be in a department and have an item in mind and be in front of options in minutes. What I really liked about this is how the grocery store portion of this place wrapped around other departments. Like it meshes in with the store and doesn't overpower your experience. It also did not put a hard divide in the store where you needed to switch modes to shop. I could hop over to the hard lines and grab what I needed right after throwing a bag of cheese into my cart and then go right back to the groceries with ease. I was pleasantly surprised with this store and now I'm a bit envious of those that get to call this your neighborhood market.

Loved getting a great value for a pair of sandals in early March. Eastwood Mall has to be the first mall, that I've ever seen with carpeting. Smart idea for mall estetics, even though I didn't browse any stores other then Shoe Dept Encore and Jcpenny. Large mall with plenty of stores, restaurants and enough to do. Perfect, central location for surrounding areas of Youngstown, and bordering cities.

So, I placed a new order to pick up at the store. Now, they have shipped the order and I will not receive the items for another week or so. I cannot cancel the order now evidently. It is negative degree weather here as well. Customer service is AWFUL this woman barely speaks English and I cannot understand a word she is even saying. Got a pair of Nike running shoes that were $65 but on sale for $43. Love it. In general this store is pretty big and they always have some sort of sale going on. It is always clean, well kept and the staff friendly. I actually always go here when in need of new shoes because I know they usually have great prices. Another reason is for the Wii games for the kids (or me...shhh). They sometimes have a sale where you can buy two games for $30. If you or your kids have a Wii, then you know this is a good bargain.
