I met with Santino, and he took the time to learn about our tastes and let us try on several different Rolex models. When we decided what we liked, he set realistic timeframes and let us know he would call us when they became available. We got the call sooner than expected. When we picked up the watches, Santino made the whole afternoon an experience. Took it to my local jeweler who cleaned it and seemed puzzled that it didn't get rid of the yellow. He tried to tell me diamonds can't get discolored and implied it was always that way. But it hadn't always been that way. I searched for a gemologist to look at it to see what could have happened to cause the discoloration and was led to Thom Dumas Fine Jewelry. After looking at the stone in its mounting it was taken in the back and cleaned while I waited. It came back looking clear again and as good as new! I was so thrilled! We frequently visit Boardman, and since I needed to get sized, we googled jewelers and came across Aebischer's. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and even though it was about 30 minutes before closing and quite busy, we were helped within 3 minutes. The saleswoman was so kind. Despite her knowing that my ring wasn't purchased at Aebischer's, she still treated us as if we did. She gave me multiple options for sizing, and was kind enough to give me a new temporary ring sizer. I had bought a pack at Walmart and it was cutting off the circulation to my finger, and by her attaching the new sizer, it was instant relief! She even gave me another to take home.My husband was talking cars with another customer, and the rest of the staff was out and talking with us. They were all so friendly. We had such a great experience! While we were there, my husband decided to check out the mens selection, and we were given the website information for customization. We had to find out any warranty info, so we left and waited to hear from the place he ordered my ring from. Our original Jeweler said it would void my ring warranty, but we said the heck with it, and drove back up the next weekend! Even with covid causing backups and our move in January 2022, we got it back very quickly! I decided to get the 2 small balls , as they were more comfortable. When we got it back, they trimmed them up and it was perfect!!! That same day, my husband even ended up purchasing not 1, but 2 custom bands. We've been married almost 5 months now and his rings have held up amazing- even with him working so much with his hands as a System Admin! He gets complimented all the time on the uniqueness, and has utilized the silicone bands that came with them daily. We cannot praise Aebischer's staff for their patience, friendliness, and professionalism.
