Like there's not really…read morea system where stuff is located, but if you go there enough you know where the stuff that you want is placed, unless they moved it.....lol. But they seem they are organizing things better as time goes along. They have some of EVERYTHING from food stuffs to furniture, toys, clothes, shoes, towels, sheets, bug zappers, light bulbs, paper ware, fancy water bottles, car seat covers, blankets, aspirin, deodorant, dishes, electronics, watches, big TVs, paper shredders, wine coolers, generators, safes- those big cast iron ones that survive infernos-----I still left a ton of stuff off this list haha......be aware that scratch and ding and retaped boxes of repackaged stuff rule here. I go mainly because I'm intrigued every time I go. Its unsuspectingly located in a huge warehouse, a short business row. From the front, it is quite nondescript, next to a dental office. Once inside, it can be overwhelming. You can wander around inside for hours discovering items tucked away in nooks and crannies, inspecting goods for missing parts and defects, looking for that "steal deal". Most of the items look like Costco returns and overstock items. Lots of Kirkland around. I got this really cool 2 person Tommy Bahama beach tent that compacts down into a tiny shoulder bag for $15--it scanned $60 on amazon price check, but I had to search through a bunch of them to piece part a complete one to take for myself. Also, some stuff, being a loyal Costco member myself, seemed really over priced for the not-great condition it may have been in. Check expiration dates! Customer service is usually pretty good, too. They get it that its controlled chaos, and they do their best to help you sort through it. In the winter, be prepared to be bulldozed in th aisles like you don't exist by some lovely visitors who, I've witnessed, argue for hours with the cashiers about the clearly posted "no money back, all sales final" policies----waiting in line, you see it on everyone else's faces "it was a dollar, really? Unlike maybe, YOU, I've got to get back to work!" Workers have been awesome for me, though, with exchanges if you talk to them with decent respect and reasonableness. Gee. Fun.

Their old location was bomb and this one is a dud…read more In my humble opinion, the pompano store rocked. 80% of their items were fair priced and 20% were great bargains! They always encouraged me to come back, and I did. Quality is OK day-of. Most of it needs to be eaten quickly. For instance their watermelon or mangoes wont be good after a week. That's fine but $5.99/small melon or $1/mango are almost as bad as publix. Not quite but almost. Where's the deals? If its expensive, Where's the high quality? I respect their game and wish them luck but sadly its a closed chapter for me. Its not that im not going to return out of spite, but I wont be returning simply because there's no point to. Theres no deals or anything amazing anymore. Best of luck

They used to have beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables, a nice freezer section. I even bought a tomato tree here once. I don't come often since it's not close, but every once in a while when I'm going to Costco, I'll just drive down a little bit further and stop in and pick up some things. I was so disappointed today. They've gotten rid of 99% of freezer section and they have the old cases for sale, so that's the end of that. Today they had long tables of garbage thrown on top and I'm not quite sure what it was, but people were digging through like it was some flea market garage sale. The entire store has changed and in my opinion not for the better. I was able to pick up a couple of avocados at 3 for a $1, a bag of potatoes so I can make mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving, some tomatoes, and that's about it. I did notice that they had a table full of hot pickle tomatoes that expired 9/20/2025 so that did it for me. I don't understand why you would put out food no matter what price it is, after the expiration date. The other thing that bothered me was the 4% fee for credit card. I know as a fact, if you have the right credit card processing you pay 1.9%. They also had a tip jar at the check out...for what... so the salaried employee can slide your purchases across a scanner and you can put the items in the bags you bring. No one packs your bags here and they don't even have plastic or paper bags. With all the fees, the prices aren't any less than TJs or Aldi. I know now, I don't ever have to drive down here again.

Large, self standing Dollar Tree that has the same good deals that I could find at many others in…read morethe area. With Dollar Tree sometimes it depends on the day of the week I visit. If I happen to visit the day after the delivery truck came, then the store is nicely stocked and organized. As other Dollar Trees, at peak times, checking out might take a bit of a time, but nothing too bad. Nice to see inexpensive Easter decorations...many choices....

Today I sent the following email to corporate: I've been shopping at this store for several years and am always helpful, cheerful and kind. Lately, the store parking lot is filled with pan handlers and garbage as can be seen by the photos. Today I went inside and stood on line for 20 minutes holding all my items in my hands with a smile on my face while Alfred and the employees stood around ignoring the fact that the line reached the frozen section yet only one cashier was open. When I tried to be helpful and contain the 3 glass bottles of peppers in the box with the Muir organic tomatoes because the conveyor belt was moving with the person in front of me and the last time I watched a glass bottle fall off and shatter. Alfred decides to try to shame me when I explain why I contained them and then proceeded to talk over me not listening to my explanation. In the past 3 weeks, I've seen glass bottles and liquid messes all over the aisles and while I was trying to be helpful and proactive, he decided to try to shame me and discriminated against me because I am Caucasian. I would like to file a formal complaint and will take my business to Costco and BJs since my memberships there pay for decent employees even if I don't need to buy in bulk regularly. I live closer to BJs than Dollar Tree and it's just not worth the aggravation and disgusting outside environment.

I thought some of the prices were high however signs throughout the location indicate prices are negotiable. Staff was friendly and greeted everyone as they entered. There is a scavenger hunt with a prize if you find all the items. You can even buy your beer as you browse. I am sure some people spend hours here. There is limited parking along the side of the building on the street. I am not a thrifter but it was fun to browse Oddballs.

There was a lot of things to look at and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of inventory. Everything was neat, organized, and fairly priced. I saw several people who looked like resellers picking up items and checking prices on their phones before popping it into their carts. If you see something you like grab it. Awful Customer Service Experience…read more Went there on February 16th about 20 minutes before they closed to get water milk granola bars and pop tarts I have a card through my insurance to help me pay for them. One item she stated was not covered an I didn't have extra cash and she refused to take it off and stated you didn't have anyway of paying the $4 no I just explained to you. Well i am closing in a few minutes. Still refusing to take off the one item. I just left the store and they better put my money back.

THIS STORE! UGHHH…read more every time you go, there will always be a long line... even when it isn't busy. maybe 20% of employees are busy and working efficiently... But what really annoys me though is that there will always be only 2 or 3 registers open even when crowded and the cashiers in general will constantly move in slow motion... they're constantly stopping what they are doing to talk to each other... even in the middle of checking customers out. On my last visit there were maybe 8 ppl in front of me and it took over 40 minutes for me to pay. Only one of the two cashiers was actually trying to ring ppl up in a timely manner. IT WAS RIDICULOUS. Do yourself a favor and use that 40 minutes you will potentially lose to go to a different store.
