This was on my list of black owned business I wanted to try for Black history month. Their parking lot is located underground for your convenience. You can go in from the left side of the building. It is well lit with plenty of signs to direct you. Upon entering you are welcomed into a well stocked store. Some things like some of their produce and meats are kept behind glass. The glass portions are not locked (Thank God!). If you take your time, you will spot a lot of items that are very cheap, really good buys. They also carry brands that are unique and may spark your interest to try. A lot of the items are overstocked, closeouts and past season items. Grocery Outlet accepts Snap/ Ebt cards also credit cards. You will need to bring your own bags or you can buy them at the outlet. They are open 7 days a week, Mon-Sun, 8am-9pm. I enjoyed my shopping experience there and will definitely return.

When I went to check out, I questioned the high prices especially being charged $17 to have four keys made. Nothing had tags on it and she seemed to be making up the prices as she went along. I noted that it did not look like the keys were a good match to the existing keys but she insisted they were fine and that I take them and I bring them back if they didn't work. I told her that would be a waste of my time and she insisted she would not remake the keys and to bring them back if they didn't work. She charged me $37.16 for the transaction. When of course I got to my building and they were not even a tiny bit accurate I tried to return them and she was highly disrespectful. She gave me back $34 when I complained that that's not what I paid her. She started yelling at me and I tried to speak to her husband about the matter and she was trying to jump in my face and scream and throw her hands up. It was freaking insane. The last time I was there she was screaming at people on the phone and I thought well somebody's having a bad day but clearly this is how she does business. Avoid at all costs.

Often I'll stumble upon a cute pair of socks or scarf that doesn't look totally cheesy and cheap; no one ever suspecting that I got it from a dollar store. Note: It really shouldn't be called a dollar store as some of their items are more like $2 or $3, but totally worth it when you're buying name brand items that would be so much more expensive elsewhere. They sell mylar and latex ballons and greeting cards as well. $10.00 minimum if you're using a credit or debit card.

I love dollar stores such as these because it adopts the concept on a general merchandise store where you can get anything from toiletries, to quick grocery items, to household and car essentials, gifts, cards, baby items, seasonal items, and now clothing items. The store stays somewhat clean and is fairly organized. Overtime, I've noticed different employees in which some weren't friendly. However the recent ones that I've become familiar with is friendly and demonstrate customer service. The outside however can definitely use refacing. The parking area is run down, dirty looking and needs new parking lines. Oftentimes directly out front the trash is spilling over. These aren't major changes but are necessary ones. The neighborhood is fairly safe and the dollar tree is normally quiet and isn't too crowded. Not a bad store, just could use some improvements.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and they consistently have an excellent selection of fresh produce, specialty groceries, and plant-based products. Their plant-based dessert selection is especially impressive. One of my favorite features is the bulk section, especially the wide variety of spices. You don't have to be a member to shop, which is a nice bonus. They also offer convenient parking in the back, along with street parking, and the store hours are very accommodating. After all these years, I still haven't become a member but I keep coming back because Weaver's Way is simply a great place to shop. Highly recommended!

The parking lot is always busy people park at anyway, especially since the new parking lot with the additional stores across the way. The store is usually stocked OK it's just a little junkie and I don't think it's really the workers fault is probably just the people that come in the store and just grab and throw things anywhere but it's just a bit a lot. The staff is usually helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They did update the store. I heard back in October so it is organized a little better. I do use them just for a couple things to grab and when I come and get those little things they are there. I do love the fact that their eggs and milk and of course, most of their prices are better than the supermarket .

In fact, one of their energetic employees quickly swept past me with a mop, a big smile, and an "excuse me!" as she cleaned the aisle. The store is still well stocked; they usually have many associates at the registers and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The party aisle has lots of choices for gift bags; party plates, etc. There is a good mix of name brand & generic brand of cleaning supplies- the snacks are plentiful too! Dollar Tree please maintain this above average approach in all these departments--I live close by--so I will keep my eyes on you!!
