With a toddler, shopping in downtown Gatlinburg, you can imagine that their ability to ride and be patient especially with a new toy in hand is pretty low. She was taking the wrapper off of her toy when the incredibly hateful, snooty sales clerk came around the corner and very rudely said "you haven't paid for that ". We put our other items back on the shelf, paid for the squishy and left. I understand they may experience some theft issues but there is a right way and a wrong way to handle things and I feel that was incredibly wrong. You can't automatically assume the worst in people and talk down to people when you are operating a business based on sales.

They have everything as well minus purchasing the Christmas Trees (Christmas Place offers that). But they do have Christmas decorations, ornaments, personalized ornaments, pets, and more! It is well organized and pricing is reasonable. They also have an upstairs more for wall art, more decor and more ornaments. We ended up getting two personalized ornaments and a small ornament for our friend. Which the lady was very kind. She had such pretty handwriting.
