Manufacturer warranty per Badcock's policy covers the repair. Called the store and was given an appointed time for repair person to come to our home and fix it. Spent the entire appointed day waiting, repair person never called to confirm, never showed in the day, was a Friday. Called store Monday to ask why I waited all day and no one showed? Was told repair person was very busy and would get to us eventually and not given a follow up date. Brand new sofa is half unusable. Will be looking into other ways to make my concerns known to potential customers if my sofa isn't repaired ASAP. Horrible way to treat local customers! Should've known better, I've heard this company sucks. Will also report this to my leadership on base to issue a warning to fellow military personnel and if it's not addressed professionally by the manager I will seek to have the business black listed. They don't have discounts. The price you see on the barcode on the back is the price you pay. Other than college textbooks I never pay full price for books. That's just not smart. The staff aren't friendly. No greeting or help when one walked right passed our family. For the part of my life that I did go to bookstores, everyone at bookstores were EXTREMELY NICE. Not this place though. If you need a book quick this is the place as it's well organized (but very small and dingy). However, if you can wait a few days save your money and order on Amazon. Or drive to Barnes and Noble in Destin. Barnes and Noble always has deals going and the prices are much more fair.
