It's rare to find a sneaker shop in the Panhandle. It's even more rare to fine one with the…read moreselection of this store. There were so many pairs of shoes for each different style and that was impressive to me. Today I came in to sell a pair of shoes. I was able to sell my Air Jordan Flint 13s with very little hassle. There aren't many sneaker shops that let you see sneakers in the Panhandle so this was a welcome surprise. I'm so happy to have a place like this within driving distance. They had so much streetwear in stock that I hadn't seen before. They also had the newest shoe releases. I would recommend this place to anyone who considers their self a sneakerhead.

They were fairly busy for an early Friday afternoon, but everyone was being taken care of as soon as possible. They acknowledged that they saw people waiting and said they would be with them shortly. Even for being busy, I didn't hear anyone being rushed. One lady took quite some time, tried on a few shoes, but then ended up saying she wasn't ready to get shoes today. The person helping her was super awesome about it, no pressure, no big deal. I loved it. Mackenzie asked us what we were looking for and as we explained where we had challenges, she was great at asking questions to make sure she understood. She had us walk so she could see if we pronated, etc. Mackenzie brought out several different brands, with different drop levels. She was so incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time she spent helping pick the right running shoe. First time coming here, but will absolutely come back!

After doing two laps around the stores and repeatedly picking up shoes that I was interested in, looking around for someone to help me, not one employee at either location asked if I needed a size or wanted to see something. As a shoe store that doesn't keep all sizes available, this should be the one thing that their employees are good at, but I guess not. And at the Destin commons location I was the only one in the building while the teenage employees just sat on the couch talking to each other. I will gladly take my money elsewhere
