This Dollar General has to be the worst managed store I have ever walked into. It is always…read moredisorganized, their door is busted in, they haven't been able to get into their cigarette case for several days now, their customer service is nonexistent, most days you have to wait 2-3 minutes or more before anyone comes up from stocking to check you out. I keep going there because it is close to my house, but I am about to pretend this store doesn't even exist anymore. I honestly don't see how they remain in business. Do NOT recommend.

I've never caused a single problem and I have always got along with the staff with this single exception!! I'm almost 54 and I have many health issues! Every one of the staff has always been extremely helpful and kind until this 1 experience with I'm told...Nancy!! I had recently been to the hospital for a serious head injury from a fall and I am still experiencing difficulties because of this added to the rest of my health problems that causes multiple different disabilities from head to toe! Not long after the head injury (I have the ER paperwork for proof) I was going to purchase a few things, like always..I was sitting in the parking lot, in my car and I unexpectedly had some things happen and caused a delay in going inside the store. I had a couple of the customers ask me if I needed help and I told them I would be ok and I just needed a little time. I finally got to go inside, grab the 2-3 things I went for and of course I checked out and when I was going to my car I was met by a cop!! He ask me a few questions etc.. and then I was released! He told me that I was asked not to return to the store! First, it was because he said Nancy Jo said that I knocked or ran into something! Now, the story is because I feel asleep in my car! I'm so confused! I have had many apologies from the staff!!! It's not the point that there is a Dollar Store on every corner it's really a matter of wrong and right!! I basically only used this store for all of my needs! I've never stolen or caused any problems! I'm learning that n ancy Jo is really working harder to get rid of good costumers than to encourage them to return!! . Facts!! The local community is also in an uproar so to speak and have taken thier business elsewhere! Btw, all other staff is quite pleasant! I really hope this one employee is worth all the business they are losing!

I had planned on stopping in Crowley, LA for lunch and was craving a fried shrimp poboy. To my…read moredismay, I missed the exit and it would've taken 19 minutes for a detour back to Crowley. Instead, I searched ahead on Google Maps and found that B&W Grocery had a lunch menu with a shrimp poboy. It was very affordable ($9 for poboy with fries) and was exactly what I was craving. I am very glad I took a chance on this place and will definitely be back!

I have lived in Natchitoches for the last 15 yrs. and have been going to this Walmart, it is by…read morefar the nastiest,dirtiest Walmart I have ever went into. from the time you drive into the parking lot it is filthy covered in garbage, the cart racks are unsightly, bent up and can hardly even place carts properly in them. Inside the store is unorganized, unstocked empty shelves on a daily, the shelves have clothing stuffed in them, trash and items throughout the store and nobody cleans this store up and maintains it the way a store should be. Never are there enough checkout clerks for the amount of shoppers that come through, self-checkout is now limited items. I no longer go to this store, I drive to Shreveport to avoid it at all costs. Shameful beings we are limited to places to shop and this store cannot do any better than this.

Most are in disrepair so taking the time to address that would make a difference. Also noticed the quality and design in the women's clothing is improving so keep up the good work! My challenge to you is to have a store that leads in top of the line scooters and women's fashion at affordable prices made in U.S. factories. Also scooters need to fit through the bathroom door and bathroom stalls.
