We stopped in here to grab a few items for my dad who is still getting acclimated to the SWLA Veteran's Home here in Jennings. We were able to find everything fine without any assistance and we also did self-checkout so really no interactions with the staff. The parking lot was very busy and chaotic but we avoided having any shopping carts or distracted drivers from running into us thankfully. Love to go shopping here because I am disabled and they have scooters but the issue is the condition of the scooters. Most are in disrepair so taking the time to address that would make a difference. Also noticed the quality and design in the women's clothing is improving so keep up the good work! My challenge to you is to have a store that leads in top of the line scooters and women's fashion at affordable prices made in U.S. factories. Also scooters need to fit through the bathroom door and bathroom stalls. read more

This store is the worst these people talk out both sides and don't even follow policy. I bought things while traveling home and the next day with a receipt Unopened I went to the store to return at customer service we were rudely told they no longer sold the item so I'd have to return to that Walmart out of town or try other wal Matts, on restriction and lockdown i have to wait now or break lockdown to travel out of town, so lesson don't shop at wal mart anywhere other than where you live or your stuck with items you need to return, how preposterous. This is constant at this wal mart that's why I travel to shop, last week I had orders online that Came in they were gifts I went to store and got the button for help with pickup waited 15 mins no one came went to customer service asked to send someone 15 minutes later no one came, once again I went to customer service Jordan informed me that everyone in package pickup had left without telling anyone, REALLY! I lost my business after another 10 minutes I finally got my packages. This store is a joke from LP who harasses you and follows you around(anything I want I can buy) just because we are in there a lot lately to the customer service I'd give them negative if I could. If I could give this dumpster fire excuse of a "business" negative stars I would. We showed up asking if they had a tire for the horse trailer, they said no they don't have those kind of tires that big, could air up a spare tire and change it for our buddy's horse trailer, because our horse was headed to Delta equine center for a health emergency. We asked if we took the horse out if that made a difference and they acted uninterested. Not one person there showed an ounce of initiative to help but instead made up excuse after excuse of policies as to why they couldn't do anything. We asked if they could just air up the tire and put it on to another person and they agreed they could do that but if it was leaking they couldn't fix it. They aired it up they sprayed it and there were 3 holes. They couldn't patch because it was a trailer tire. So we went in and bought the repair kit come back and start trying to fix it while they all stand and watch. Not sure why but one employee took all the air out of the tire before we came back and started trying to plug the holes. So then we had to ask another employee to air it back up...There are obviously no policies against them using air. Asked to borrow a hammer and they said due to policy they couldn't loan us a hammer , so we had to buy one of those too. After over an hour and 95+ degree heat and getting little no help a lady comes out and says if we take the horse out then they could take to tire off. Seriously? When we had already asked that. She gives us a a tire iron, it doesn't work because the tire is moving. We asked to use their impact gun and she goes in and brings us a socket and a ratchet, we asked again for an impact gun, and she looked confused and asked another employee and they got it to her she handed it to us and we just took the tire off and left. All the while our horse was in pain, in the heat, while these incompetents were tag teaming a ford focus tire. Absolutely, the worst experience Ive ever had in my life and our horse was made to suffer even longer for their over abundance stupidity. read more

Almost everytime I go to this Walmart I have issues I'm not sure they are training their employees very well.

This Walmart is NOT for RVers. Each entrance into their parking lot is blocked with 12' Low Clearance gates. There is a very small portion of the lot in back that has space. We were able to get 3 fifth wheels in but traveling with 2 other RVwouldn't recommend trying to get more than read more
