I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! When we lived in Albany, it was a frequent stop on our bike rides. We stood out in our spandex cycling clothes -- but there is a diverse group of folks that eats there, from hunters to families to us crazy bikers. Everyone is made to feel welcome. We were back in town last weekend and stopped back in for a quick breakfast. Nothing has changed! Same friendly service and delicious hot and fresh food. I was also offended, but was purchasing for some other people so I pushed through it. I have been coming to this establishment for over 15 years when I am in Georgia to visit family. This was first time in a long time, but if I decide to return and that same guy is there, I will not patronize this establishment. Please have a talk with this employee and let him know that if the customers don't come to buy, he will not have a job!!

The employees are always so sweet and hold up a conversation. Quality wise, I recommend this place over the other department store chains.
