There are rules all over warning people not to hit others, try to spin them out, or smash into others. Theres even "NO BUMPING" on the back of the carts. But of course, people being people, were slamming into others, absolutely terrifying my daughter. The staff did nothing about it. Everyone was slamming into each other, while the staff ejected NO ONE. People are awful anyway, but let's protect others by ejecting the aggressive riders. My daughter and another little girl left crying and never wants to go there again. We spent $300 there today just for them to never want to come back. The smaller go cart track was just fine, but the staff definitely need to enforce the go cart rules.

I called again the day off to confirm and they told me different hours, but that yes, the outdoor attractions were open starting at 4-8pm. We arrived and they would only sell us indoor passes and we had to buy single use go-kart passes and weren't allowed mini-golf. Then later we saw people on the mini-golf course. It seems you get charged different rates and given different activities based on who you talk to at any given minute. We had waited and made plans with other families and friends for a big day with our kids, and they couldn't get their act together. It was more than frustrating and disappointing to all the adults and kids alike. My husband is pretty sure it isn't worth the time and money after this experience. In the end, the kids had fun despite the let down of not getting what we were promised.

It is great to have someplace to take them in bad or hot weather. It is clean, staff is nice and I hope that they will vary the activities by adding and changing things occasionally to help keep it fresh and interesting. There are certainly bigger indoor play places we have taken them, but this place is just right for now. Parents need to chill, kids ask questions, get hurt, run around, scream and make messes, it all good. Don't be so uptight!

I was able to find what I think is a Japanese maple and they had a bridge that looks like they tried to style it in a Japanese style over an empty bed of rocks that was possibly intended as a koi pond once upon a time, but as it stands, there is nothing Japanese about this location. It's really confusing. For anyone who's not clear, putting a stone lantern from Pier One next to a walkway does not make it a Japanese garden. To add insult to injury, they had the sprinklers going full blast at noon with only one pathway in and out. The three pizza's they brought up to the party room were black and burnt. I am not sure if they are allowed to re-make pizza's but if you're paying over $300 for a birthday party I don't think burnt pizza's should come with it. They filled up 3 pitchers of soda and never brought us refills. It wasn't until we went downstairs and asked. As soon as the girl brought us refills they told us we only had 5 more minutes before we had to get out of the party room because our 40 minutes were up. Earlier, several of my family members witnessed the girl bringing up the cart of presents (nobody helping) things kept falling off the cart and a birthday card from one of the bags fell off twice. This birthday card went missing and there was a $25 gift card inside it. The shift lead Emily came upstairs and asked the girl setting up the room for the next group where the card went and the girl didn't know so Emily told us "there was nothing she could do for us." Quote on quote. She was very rude. She saw how upset this entire situation made us and she began to smirk and when we asked her why she was smirking she got smart with my mother and rolled her eyes at us. When I asked her who the manager/owner was she wouldn't tell us. I asked her what shift lead didnt know the name of her own boss and then she said his name was Rey but wouldn't give us a last name. I noticed her name was Emily and she looked at me and said "yeah, you can write me up" in a snarky tone and then walked downstairs and never returned. I'm not sure why they have someone like that running this establishment but our experience was HORRIBLE and this Emily (shift lead) made it WORSE!!! She should NOT BE A SHIFT LEAD & she should NOT be working at Sky Zone. Period. She needs re-training and an attitude adjustment . I can't believe my family paid over $300 for this type of experience and I also want to add that the girl re setting the room for the next group did NOT wipe down any of the tables. We watched. I never leave reviews let alone bad ones but we left Sky Zone today very upset and I will never support a business that laughs in paying customer's faces and treats people this way. The clue in the room was a set of numbers (which was actually one of the first things we tried and it didn't unlock) and the numbers for the lock were a completely different set of numbers and the response we got was "maybe they reset the lock wrong." He had the answer sheet and combination he used was on it, so it wasn't "reset wrong" - it was literally either the wrong lock or the wrong clue. Not solving the room because we couldn't figure out the clues in time is one thing. But having plenty of time left and not being to finish because someone wasn't paying attention to what they were doing is another and my wallet is out $130 because of it. There are other escape rooms in the area. I think we'll try them instead
