It's a fun place, but something really should be done about enforcing the "NO BUMPING" with the go-carts. There are rules all over warning people not to hit others, try to spin them out, or smash into others. Theres even "NO BUMPING" on the back of the carts. But of course, people being people, were slamming into others, absolutely terrifying my daughter. The staff did nothing about it. Everyone was slamming into each other, while the staff ejected NO ONE. People are awful anyway, but let's protect others by ejecting the aggressive riders. My daughter and another little girl left crying and never wants to go there again. We spent $300 there today just for them to never want to come back. The smaller go cart track was just fine, but the staff definitely need to enforce the go cart rules. read more

Knowing is was off-season, I called a few days ahead to check availability. They assured me that certain outdoor attractions were open, such as mini golf and the main track noon-9pm. They did not think I should need to buy tickets in advance. I asked about indoor/outdoor passes and they told me they were available. I called again the day off to confirm and they told me different hours, but that yes, the outdoor attractions were open starting at 4-8pm. We arrived and they would only sell us indoor passes and we had to buy single use go-kart passes and weren't allowed mini-golf. Then later we saw people on the mini-golf course. It seems you get charged different rates and given different activities based on who you talk to at any given minute. We had waited and made plans with other families and friends for a big day with our kids, and they couldn't get their act together. It was more than frustrating and disappointing to all the adults and kids alike. My husband is pretty sure it isn't worth the time and money after this experience. In the end, the kids had fun despite the let down of not getting what we were promised. read more

Lots of fun activities such as mini golf, go-carts, 7-D movie, virtual reality gaming, laser tag, batting cages & more! The kids (14 yo) had lots of fun! The staff is awesome! Also a bar (you can bring drinks throughout the facility inside/outside) with food which is nice for the parents. The bartender was very nice. Teenage employees let their friends run through multiple times without checking to see if there are people in line outside waiting. Had this happen at laser tag. Tried to ask adult employee about it, (we'd been waiting more than 20 minutes already) and he talked over me, raising his voice, telling me I just needed to "watch the little yellow progress line" to see when the game was over. I tried explaining we'd been watching it, and watching it reset, je shrugged, turned his back and walked off without a word. Wish I'd gotten his name, but he's a short guy with a big brown beard. Seemed to be the only adult working.He seemed more concerned about refilling napkin holders then making it right and avoided eye contact our way. This place is waaaay too expensive to get treated like garbage like this. Employees (especially this guy and the kid running laser tag) need to go back to customer service 101. read more

This is a great place for group outings. If you can take a group when they have one of the wristband deals, do it. They are very friendly and want to make it a great outing for your group. From the looks of it, it might be a little expensive if you pay for each attraction individually, but any time you can get a group rate seems worthwhile. I have been coming here for years and don't plan on stopping. They have a new indoor facility being built. Looking forward to the indoor laser tag, bowling, and arcade. read more

The service here is nothing to bragg about the employees spend more time flirting with each other then doing their jobs. They don't tell you any information about if there is time limits or how long you have to play on their games. For example we paid $31.00 for two people to bowl and you would think they could at least let's up be aware of the amount of time we had to bowl. So when your game gets stopped when it is almost done totally doesn't make you happy. I did ask for little more time to finish up but the kids said it was all on time clock system. So I asked them why you didn't tell me that ahead of time and I got no response. I pushed it a little bit more. So they did give me some lame excuse they couldn't do anything about it. After I kept after them a little more they asked maybe a manager and to me he looked over at us and we didn't look important enough and just blew us off. I guess making sure that the customer leaves happy is not priority to these people. So if you don't mind spending a hard earn $100 in couple hours you will be the person who goes back time and time again. But to me this place needs to get a major upgrade in customer service and I could only hope somebody reads who as the power to make this place better because it could be a good place to go. PARENTS DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE! I had one of my kids parties here in 2020 and it was fine but this past Saturday is was absolutely horrible. There was no host to help us set up until 30 mins after our party started, the pizza was late and disgusting, the app platter they charged me $50 for all fries. My host harassed me for a tip twice and harassed my mom who I gave my card to to pay. Once she told me about it I finally gave him a $20 cash tip because he bugged me even though he did nothing. They charge $20 extra per kid that doesn't include extra pizza or anything additional just simply 20 credits ( each game is 3 or more credits) spent $400 on a 6 years old birthday to only deal with disorganized mess. I called them after booking the party to make sure everything was right they call me the weekend before and the day before to confirm everything and it still wasn't right. Hire a manager that is not a teenager. The establishment is a nice place but parents don't throw a party here total rip off. Same party as air madness but air madness is better, doesn't have teenagers running the space, and half of the cost! Added- they also told my whole party we already did laser tag and I had to spend 15 minutes with another teenager to fix the issues. read more

Wow!!! Great place for Adults too! Axe throwing, root beer floats, laser tag & bowling! All things I never liked before but after trying them at Thunder Road I LOVE them! Staff was out of this world! Took the kids to this place and was highly disappointed. On the weekends you have to pay for every attraction individually there is no wrist band option and the prices are egregious and quite high. The roller coaster ride is about a minute long, the go-karts about four minutes, the mini golf course is drab and all the holes are very similar. Dropping a hundred bucks here for three kids left me feeling like we didn't get the fun and enjoyment that amount of money should have provided. We won't be back. read more

This is alot of fun. The go karts are fast and it's a nice sized track. You will end up on a slow one once in a while but that's the Luck of th draw. They have a smaller slick track that I see is mostly used for kids. It used to have sprint cars on it and that was a blast. They mini golf is nice and the greens have been taken care of. They also have Lazer Tag, human Foosball, and water balloon wars. Great family fun or fun wirh friends! read more

Worst customer service ever! For anything but the go-carts you have to run around and look for an employee to help you. We had a group ready to play lazer-tag, and they told us that there should be somebody back there already, (there wasn't) and he would let someone else know also. We waited for 15 min for someone, but nobody showed up, so we went and asked again, they said it was too late to start a game now, and the lady even snapped at the little girl who asked when an employee was going to show up to start our game! (keep in mind we were told to head on back, and we did, they never sent anyone and wasted our time). Also they over-booked their park the night our company was there, and had two other big groups at the same time, the general public was also allowed in during the same time so you have to spend almost 20-25 min in line just to ride one go-cart ride. (this place is not very big). Seriously, it would have been cheaper to pay for the few rides we got to go on individually, then to pay for the 50 or so wristbands we got! Then, we where in line waiting for one last go on the go carts, (since they screwed us over on lazer tag) and we waited and waited, then exactly at 10pm we were told we cant go because they were closing, yet they saw us in line, for 10 min, knew we were waiting, kept looking at us and walked passed us a bunch of times, they even let one guy and his daughter go in front of everyone else in line to get them on the carts! They never once told us that they were not going to let us on, so they just let us stand there, knowing we were in line waiting. Its an OK place for a few rides (IF you pay individually for each one) and you don't mind having to look for people to help you, that don't snap at you for asking them questions. But don't buy wristbands! Its a waste of money, and you only get your moneys worth if there is hardly any other customers there, otherwise you spend most of your time waiting in line, or looking for people to help you.
