I've been to Family First multiple times, the latest to get some flowers done in honor of my siblings, I went with Willow, and she is so kind and professional! She made sure to check with me multiple times while she was drawing up a sketch so that I got exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with my new piece! I've gotten so many compliments! I can't recommend this shop enough! Will definitely be back again!

Cartoon seemed nice and seemed to be a good artist. I got this tattoo on 9/26. It was nice and pretty and I was very pleased. On 9/27 I noticed some areas looking light but I thought maybe that was part of the healing process. On 9/28 it appeared more lighter, I knew then that this was a bad tattoo. Now here it is 10/2, only 5 days later my tattoo dam near invisible. I only used Cocoa butter and when i ran out of that, I used A&D cream. There's no reason it's should look like this in 5 dam days! I took very good care of this tattoo. It appears he didn't go deep enough with the needles, cause if he did my shit wouldn't look like this, he scratched the surface of my skin, a permanent marker would have lasted longer and look more darker than this crap do in 5 days. I have 7 tattoos and NOT ONE OF THEM ever turned out like this. This the worse tattoo I have gotten! I would NEVER go back to this place, not even to get it fixed! He lucky I don't sue him for wasting my time and fucking up my skin! I gotta walk around with a ugly ass tattoo on my arm until it completely heels! I feel played and robbed! I also got a little heart on my chest, it too look like it'll fade in less than 6 month. I gotta have that fixed as well when it heels. I've gotten tattoos done from people who don't even work at a shop and theirs look 100 times better than this! I'm so pissed I went on vacation to Cali to come home with a raggedy shitty tattoo! Cartoon u tricked me!

I got two tattoos today starting with the apprentice of the shop who fixed up my old tattoo and made it look so much better! I'm very satisfied with the work done by Jacob cervantes I also got a beginning of a sleeve by willow and I'm absolutely in love! The work done here is taken very seriously and the work comes out shining! Im very happy with my work and results cannot wait to come back! Honestly this place is the worse place you can go to; they are full of it... they all have their ego up in their heads like if there is no place better than them. They have horrible customer service, they live off of customers and they are with their attitude and answer in a mean way. I only went one time not to long ago and that was it. I will never go back. I will definitely go somewhere else where they really value customers and act like professional's. read more

Don't waste your time ! Friend & I came to our appointment 5 mins early just for the tattoo artist to not be there & some other girl that works there who I actually felt pretty bad for having to be in that situation, she didn't even know what to tell us. The guy was on speaker phone & sounded like he could give a shit, told us to come back @7 or reschedule, as if we didn't just waste time & gas UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL read more

Drove over a half an hour with some friends to get tattoos. They advertised 2x2 tattoos for $22 for this month. Drove all the way there and they were closed, on a Saturday! Called the numbers listed, straight to voicemail. Tried calling on Sunday, straight to voicemail. This is really bad business to advertise a special and hours, then be closed for them. read more

I Went in for another tattoo/cover up/fix up on a tattoo someone else originally did. Cartoon listened to what i wanted and used the colors i asked for. Even though he had made the patterns for my flowers larger then i wanted he had no issue or attitude in redoing the pattern a smaller size! I was only able to get half of it done so it looks like i will be paying Familyfirst tattoo shop another visit soon! Heres a picture so you can see his awesome work! It's always a pleasure to go it and get exactly what i ask for not what the artist wants like at some places. The shop is fairly new but the artists are talented each in their own way. I say if your looking for a new artist stop by and check them out prices are so fair !! And if you follow them on Instagram they post 4 hour deals from time to time!! read more

I recently got a script tattoo done by Christian ( Character ) small and dainty on the shoulder area the lettering is uneven and lines are not the best he offered a touch up at no cost yet didn't keep his word. When confronted about the touch up he stated that I came at him sideways and he didn't have to do the touch up then recommended I go elsewhere. Not professional at all and give the shop a bad name. read more

I never received the design. On the day of the appointment, I showed up. Skye did not. She canceled last minute and asked to reschedule. Because I am deploying soon with the military, rescheduling was not an option. I explained this calmly and requested a refund, since the artist failed to show up. Skye initially said she would send it, then completely stopped responding. What frustrates me most is the lack of accountability. A deposit should not be kept when no service is provided and the artist is the one who cancels. Being ignored afterward made the situation even worse. This was handled very poorly, and I can't recommend booking with Skye based on my experience.

I had a great first time experience, and definitely won't be my last.... Jaime "Cartoon" did my mom's and my tattoo lastnight and did an amazing job and also did my son's first tattoo today... He was so nice and was all over helping us with no hesitation, I hung out with a few of the artist today while my son got his tattoo done and they were so cool to hang out with and made me feel comfortable being there. First time at this shop and got some fresh ink from cartoon, gave him my idea and he came out with some sick script and fresh shading on my forearm. This place is chill , clean setup, easy to find , great prices plus there's a dive bar 20 ft away in case you're early for your session. Ask for cartoon great artwork and not a heavy hand. Definitely the most friendly atmosphere I've been to in a shop. Went in pretty late on a spur of the moment decision and they set us up right away. The pricing is too good to beat as well as the artists work in general. Will definitely be going back for more read more
