Lilium Floral Design delivered 110% on meeting my exacting standards and expectations for a bouquet I ordered for delivery. The presentation was exquisite and I could not be happier with the quality and overall experience ordering from this florist. The specifics: I missed my BFFs birthday and decided to send flowers to her at home in Colleyville. This posed a two-fold challenge. First, I live on the west coast and wasn't familiar with local Colleyville florists. Second, I have very specific tastes and did not want to risk substitutions being made which has been my experience with national flower services. Personally, I am not a fan of carnations. And if I order flowers and request "no carnations," I actually mean "no carnations." It seems like national floral delivery companies take your money and send what they want - To make matters worse, it seems like there are now florists which appear like a local shop after a google search, but are actually affiliated with 800-flowers esque businesses I digress. I phoned Lilium at 11:30 am last Saturday morning and spoke with a woman who I believe is the owner, Paige. I do have a soft spot for Texas accents - notwithstanding, Paige was polite, professional and on point. I provided Paige with a simple order of two flower types and some greens and provided her with my budget. Paige said she could do it and the flowers were delivered literally within two hours! I hung up the phone not knowing what to expect - it was a leap of faith - which I am happy I made.. After the flowers were delivered, I received a thank you text with a photo of the bouquet - it became apparent why Lilium has the words Floral and Design in its name - actually the photos speak for themselves - the arrangement was bespoke - exactly what I ordered - that was a week ago - this morning I received another text from the recipient expressing another thank you along with another picture of the bouquet. The second bouquet picture again speaks for itself - great job, Lilium - you deserve the title Best in Colleyville and perhaps all Dallas. read more

They decided to get married on the day anyway and celebrate next year on their one year anniversary with fam and friends! I have had some beautiful flower arrangements from these folks but they are certainly lacking in Customer Service. My daughter forgot to purchase her prom date a boutonniere five days before Prom. I went into the store and there were two employees that appeared to be doing nothing told me they would be with me in a few minutes. During my wait I noticed that there was a sign on the counter mentioning that they weren't taking any more prom flower orders. When the employee figured I had finished reading the sign, she asked what she could do for me. I said that it was probably too late to order a boutonniere and she said "have you read the sign". Rude. I think they were so insulted that someone would have the audacity to enter their establishment two weeks past the cut-off date and actually be looking for a boutonniere! How hard really is it to make one of these, probably take the better part of five minutes! Customer service I would give them "0" stars, but that option wasn't available. read more
