I would give this a half star if I could…read more I've been coming here a few years for athletes foot and nail fungus. The Dr put me on the lamisil pill and it worked and cleared up the nail fungus on my left foot. I also was using formula 3 topical nail meds. The formula 3 cost $45 a pop and is not covered under any insurance. When I ask months later if I could go back on the meds to clear up my right foot of nail fungus the doctor told me if it didn't clear up in the first place it won't if I take the pills again. They changed the formula 3 nail stuff to Clarus insuring me that it was the same stuff. This was also $45 a pop. Btw it's not exactly the same because it's missing a few natural ingredients. So I run out of Clarus and call to get more. I wait 2 weeks and call once a week to see of it's in. NO Dice. My nails looks horrible and I call my old doctor and make an appointment. My old doc tells me YOU CAN be on that Lamasil pill but u can only take it once a year. So my other doc lied. Also, they have the formula 3 and it's only $36 and not $45!!! I was over joyed. Personally not only was I being ripped off for the formula 3 but I have a feeling they just wanted my nails NOT to heal so I can buy their overpriced nail products. Do not go here. Ever. Go to family Footcare. They have a bunch of offices. Don't get ripped off! Go to a doctor that cares about your feet!!!!

Took my 5 year old to him for a calcium deposit on the bottom of her foot. She could barely walk it…read morehurt so much. Told our appointment time was different than what it was (I had the confirmation time in my hand) and treated us like we were inconveniencing him for coming 10 min ahead of schedule to register. He was cold, distant, rude and barely did anything. He gave my daughter an x-ray (her foot was not broken, it was a calcium deposit)...no medication, no therapeutic exercises to try, no home based remedies to try - nothing. His basic response was, "well, I can't find anything so good luck". Followed up by six bills sent for the same co-pay that we paid in person when we were there. Would not send my dead cat to this guy - horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The office manager is unprofessional and unable to take accountability for her actions…read more After I expressed my concerns for the office's lack of communication with one another (I called and left a message to see if I needed to make a payment on my account at the time of the appointment as I've always done and no returned my call. Unfortunately I had to make a trip to the office to find out that I did need to make a payment and if I was unable to I would need to reschedule and pay at that time which I did (this is normally). Unless the office manager bypasses for one reason or another. Then the following day or two I finally received a return call from the office while I was sitting in the waiting room for my rescheduled appointment informing me that I needed to reschedule and make another appointment. I explained that the late response and lack of communication amongst the staff was very stressful and problematic for patients trying to juggle busy lives. At this point I noted the lack of accountability demonstrated by the office manager as it was alarming and extremely disappointing. After this visit for the first time in over 10 years I was blocked from making visits and paying at the time of visit due to a previous balance(Management discretion). For example the appointment that I am describing was schedule and payment was made towards my balance at time of the appointment prior to seeing the doctor. Either way this ensures that the office gets paid and my bill does not increase. However now this feels more like a personal vendetta against me for speaking up about my concerns. I am a cash patient with no insurance. Now i must pay prior to appointment, then wait for an appointment to become available that works with my schedule. In some instance this could take several days or weeks. This is direct retaliation caused by expressing my concerns. It's truly freighting that someone could behave like this, in the health field where doctors and staff play such a vital role. I have patronized this business for years and this is the first instance I was treated poorly which is especially shocking as this greatly affects my health and quality of life. Dr Cappa, Schwartz and my former podiatrist who has since left the practice along with his amazing assistant. No one else prior to this current office manager has ever behaved like this. Everyone has always been personable and empathetic. Also when I mentioned my disappointment with lack of communication within the office staff. I was verbally ridiculed by the medical assistant who loudly spoke amongst the office staff and office manager and she stated "Not today Satan." Unfortunately, she was also the assistant to the new very cold distant podiatrist I saw. When I asked her was she referring to me as she made the comment immediately after I expressed my concerns. she responded," No I wasn't" with a nasty hostile tone. That interaction was then followed with meeting the new podiatrist who lacked a bedside manner however he was very gentle and effective. The black girl at the front desk is always super sweet and down to earth and reminds me of what Cappa Podiatry use to be.

I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me. We are in the process of calling the patient care advocate now with the exact time and date of the phone call.

The ER Dr. at St. Anthony's was fantastic the medication he gave me worked fantastic. Here is my problem and all the Doctors know it. I work long hours on my feet. When seeing Dr. Koulova I told her what I was experiencing. I went to work that following week and had sever cramping in my lower legs and feet. I called the office back and they told me they couldn't help me I had to go see my regular doctor. I called the primary care doctor but can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. I called this Goshen Medical crap back explaining my situation and was told they can't help me. I told them to go explicit themselves. How is it you go to a doctor they take your money then wont help you. Screw this place and Dr. piece of crap Koulova why can't they answer a basic question that I had. You have an appointment here cancel it and go elsewhere. I told them I would YELP them and I hope they read this. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY can't say it enough. Thank you for reading.
