I had a flipper bumper band snap over the weekend so I called them, spoke with Jay, and he hooked me up with a pair of new ones ASAP. He dropped them in the mail within an hour free of charge. We had a slight bump in the road with the card reader but they did not allow me to leave the facility until it was fixed and in less than 20 minutes they figured it out and was good to go. Emailed them a couple days later about installation of additional parts on the machine that I wanted installed and promptly responded with DETAILED explanation of how to install myself. We also had asked about bumpers and we were told only certain ages qualify which we had 1 that did and was only one asking we were again told to make that one the first bowler and would automatically have bumpers. Yup you can already guess, no bumpers and no apologies for not doing their job. Never saw anyone who could have been manager to even inquire about any type of compensation for poor service

I love these overwhelming shows of pinball madness! At these shows you get to see the best preserved and rare machines all in one place. I can't wait... Street parking is available, and it is an easy walk even from around the corner. One of the noticeable things is the new location's building is in much better condition. There are almost certainly less books for sale now, but it's also less crowded, and everything is much more organized. Books are located on both levels of the shop, and they have one of the larger used selections you'll find at an independent shop. Other media for sale also include various movies and comic books. If you like independent used bookshops, this is worth a stop.

People come out for a good time , not for you to kill the whole vibe with your attitude.
