Place is fun and really nice staff. It is very expensive though! I know arcades are expensive in general but this is very expensive.

Wow, they really have a nice selection. You can easily make this a nice time without having to drive too far. The bumper cars was very cool and fun. The laser tag was really nice and effective. They also have a Ball play area for kids 4 to 12 years old. They really have some updated games. The snack bar was closed but it still was cool that they have one. Some of the games receive Tickets for your points and then you go exchange them for prizes. Job well done to the Family Fun Center. read more

We gave my daughter a birthday party at Mid-county Lanes/Family Fun Galaxy on 11/5. All I can say is WOW! This was our first time here, and I booked a party on good faith per recommendations from co-workers. I'm so glad that I did. This venue was great and exceeded my expectations. The venue is perfect for children. You can bowl, play Lazer tag, bumper cars and I froggy ride. The birthday packages are affordable and they come with a party leader. Also, our party room was spacious. We had 17 children and 16 adults. Mid-county Lanes is clean, the food was super yummy, and they have a bar. We had a party leader, Kylie. What a sweetheart. She was very attentive, patient, and a great communicator. Great customer service. She went up and beyond. Again, this was our first time here, Kylie made sure we knew where everything was located, and really took care of us. The bartender was also a sweetheart, great service and knew how to make a good drink. I forgot to get her name; my apologies. I would highly recommend Family Fun Center for birthday parties, a family day/night out, bowling, etc. read more

I would give this ZERO stars if I could, but it didn't offer me the option. I went to do laser tag with the kids, and after a couple minutes, and TWO different Laser Tag vests, I tried to ask for help from a kid who was supposedly working there. He just said, "get another vest". So, when I went to the guy at the desk, he reminded me that there's "no refunds". He then offered me a free laser tag pass... REALLY? I told him that I was with my four kids, and I wasn't about to do laser tag by myself. He basically said "too bad". I told him I was gonna post this on Yelp, and he didn't seem to care about that either! So, I informed him that I will let everyone know how I was treated. Thus my review. read more

So there was a misunderstanding about shoe rental and we ended paying twice. We tried to explain this to the male manager there that night who refused to give us a refund because there no refund and "the system isn't set up to give refunds". We tried to reason with him that there was a miscommunication and the girls at the counter don't know how to listen. He was dismissive and kept saying no refunds. It wasn't about buyers remorse. It was about paying twice for one pair of shoes. I said forget it because I didn't want to worry about measly 3 bucks they stole from us. I was fuming the whole night because of how that incompetent manager handled the situation. The next day, my husband called to complain about the incident because of how the manager handled the situation. This is the reason for my gripe: he had told that manager who was on the phone that WE were cursing at him and being belligerent and loud! And that is why he didn't deal with us. If we were belligerent and cursing, why were we not escorted out of the establishment?! Why were we not confronted by other staff members if we were so belligerent? Why did he let us stay until closing time? I was visibly upset and I did raise my voice but it wasn't loud enough that it drew any attention from other patrons. This manager is a liar and will lie on a customer to save his own a$$. They gave us 4 tickets for a free game. We sold the tickets and recouped our $$ x4. Thanks! Don't trust the managers there. Beware. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Forgot to mention that the kids working the counter on the arcade side were awesome. It's shameful that they have better customer service skills than that manager. read more

This is probably the worse place to take your kids to. I work for a camp during the summer and this was one of our field trips. When I came in around noon time there was no one at the place. All the staff were in the back chillin "". I waited for more than 20 mins before I got someone attention which didn't know what was going on. All my kids were waiting and obviously got impatient inside the bus. I wouldn't recommend taking your kids here if they are older than 10 years old. It's not going to be fun for them. read more

This would be a five star review however I find the music that is played in here to be very inappropriate for families. I'm not a conservative person but when I bring my five year old somewhere I don't think music should be playing about screwing. Thankfully it's over her head but there are a lot of older kids here. And the same music is playing on a loop. I think some more suitable music could be played in a family fun establishment. Other than that this place is a lot of fun and my kiddo had a great time. read more
