Phone calls and voicemails often went unanswered, and even when messages were taken, I frequently did not receive a callback. Twice after appointments to adjust my HRT prescription, the wrong prescription dose was sent to the pharmacy. Because compounded medications cannot be returned, I ended up paying about $140 twice before the errors were corrected. Each correction required numerous phone calls, long hold times, and repeated back-and-forth between the clinic, nurses, pharmacy, and my primary care office. I also experienced delays due to an incorrect lab order being sent. Although my provider was always kind and pleasant during appointments, the follow-up care and communication were extremely disappointing. Every refill became stressful, time-consuming, and left me feeling like my concerns were an inconvenience. The office manager was the one bright spot--she listened, was professional, and took my concerns seriously. I only wish I had been directed to her sooner, although I don't feel comfortable patronizing a medical facility where I have to tattle to the manager to get my healthcare needs met. I've since transferred my HRT care elsewhere, where the process has been much smoother and more affordable. I believe patients deserve timely communication, accurate prescriptions, and coordinated care, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

It's been 2 and a half weeks and she called to say no one can work with me......so nobody can help we anxiety issues?! Out of all the people there....she said no one would be a good fit here. I said maybe it's because I'm a male? Alot of psychologists would rather work with females....she didn't say yes or no, but was rude and basically told me after patiently waiting 2 weeks for a response nothing more can be said. That's how they treat customers there?! There's thousands of other psychologists in the area, I'd say find someone else...... don't work with these ridiculous jerks!!

I gave it one star because its almost impossible to call and not be put on hold for more than a minimum of 5-10min. Even scheduling in person is insane. They attempt to do everything electronically on IPADS but it seems to cause more issue. They also have not yet straightened out an on going filing error they made so we spend at least 10 min explaining and almost arguing over their mistake. They don't cancel appointments on me as I am travelling to said appointment and they seem to do a pretty good job of communicating my needs to chemists/pharmacists (I have some pretty odd allergies). Dr. Lori and her team have done more for my whole-body/life health in the last 6 months than Nystrom and others did in a combination of 14+years. I only wish I had switched sooner! I love their flexibility and non-guilt-trip attitude when the rare occasion does occur such as you were called in to work and will be unable to make an appointment. My single gripe is that scheduling appointments can take a little longer than you'd want. You can spend quite a while standing there. I don't know what a receptionist job there entails, but I feel like there's probably a way to streamline that. Yay FLMHC! I love your no-nonsense approach to helping others! Your staff seems to truly have genuine compassion as well. They're not just there because it's a way to pay the bills!

Located in a strip mall, the unpretentious place is easily missed. They great everyone pleasantly and quickly handle the paper work. My therapist, Matt, is thoroughly prepared with all the information to help me recover from my broken leg. He is friendly, respectful, gentle and eager for my input. Throughout the session, he encourages me to ask questions and make suggestions. He gently pushes me beyond what I imagined I could do. I am amazed at how quickly I'm progressing. Matt makes me eager to do my home exercises. After just a few sessions, under Matt's guidance I've ditched my cane. Matt provides me with an interesting variety of exercises specifically aimed at my personal level and needs, and he explains them all perfectly. He urges me to do more without seeming to pressure me. He enjoys my successes as much as I do. At the end Matt encourages me to call or email anytime for questions or further help, and he replies almost immediately. I know OSI is a busy place, and I can easily see why.

My back went out on April 3, couldn't get an appointment until April 13, which was canceled because the doctor was sick, rescheduled for April 25th, over 3 weeks after the injury. I can see why people may get addicted to pain pills if they have to wait that long for treatment. I only take pain meds the first couple days when the pain is most excruciating, then I suffer and wait...So I would give PN&B a higher rating if not for the fact that I am still waiting to be seen.
